I stayed at this hotel for my daughter's 15th birthday. Everyone, I seriously mean everyone was kind, helpful and attentive.

En las paredes del baño había manchas de algún líquido, quiero pensar que era jabón pero da mal aspecto, también estaban en la parte donde se pone el papel higiénico y eso genera desconfianza en la seguridad e higiene, espero tomen en cuenta esta situación

Dice que cuenta con estacionamiento y en el hotel te dicen que solo es con valet parking y tiene el doble de costo que lo publicado en su descripción!

All of the employees were very kind. Jairo especially made us feel at home. Jairo’s English was flawless. All of the employees did amazing job speaking to us in our language. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The dining area was packed at breakfast time. I guess the secret is out about the quality of the Marriott’s breakfast.

Nice quality and clean, a few signs of aging but overall very comfortable.

The front desk people were amazing. When I was checking in, they made the entire process. Amazing. The entire staff of this hotel from The lobby to the waiters in the restaurant. Bartender and my cleaning lady and. Amazing experience will be back as soon as possible.

Excelente hotel. Muy moderno, habitaciones impecables. Cercano a un centro comercial donde tienen todo. La alberca no la calientan, solo eso tomar en cuenta.

The hotel needs to provide cold water upon request during this hot season as there was no mini fridge in the room. Upon request, they said they don't have the cold water bottle which was hilarious. Such a big hotel and no for cold water. Also the phone operators promise to callback for 2 of my queries and didn't bother to get back. Overall the hotel stay was good apart from the above 2 services which was pathetic.
