Negativo: alfombras sucias, toallas roídas, no funciona el aire acondicionado, no funciona la televisión, la tina tapada, todo el mobiliario requiere retapizar, sillas, sillones, tanto en comedor como en habitación. Ya no es el Marriot qu conocimos

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! there is a Milk distributor behind the Hotel that has semi truck back in and out, You will be hearing EXTREMELY LOUD beeping through out the night if you are placed on the North of the hotel. Even though I specified through EXPEDIA requests to stay away from noise, my REQUEST WAS NOT HONORED. also it smells very bad upon exiting the HOTEL- NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES!

I pay breakfast include, every day take the breakfast and final day staff inform to me that is wrong restaurant and pay again for breakfast. Nobody give me instructions about a different areas

Room was good, hotel smells like sewage due to a nearby water treatment plant, and I was woken up at 4 am with nonstop forklift operations next door and their reverse beeping alarm. The hotel has zero sound proofing. Would never stay here again.

Excellent service and very clean rooms.

I had no lights at the right side if the bed in 120 all week; I had to call for housekeeping services even though I did NOT have the DND sign on the door; the food tray which I left outside my door sat there on mumerous occasions for more than 12 hours; I had to ask food staff to ask housekeeping to make my room; one of the most embassing experiences was when I could not use my AmEx card or The best part of my day was in the a.m. when Christopher brought up my breakfast.
