Entrance, reception and lounges + dining room, gardens, outdoor areas, nicely designed, and well maintained. My bedroom on the list for upgrading. I had lunch at Poolside bar one day - a real Angus steak burger freshly cooked, I had freshly cooked mackerel in the dining room, splendid. The most unusual thing I found was, there was no KETTLE in the bedroom, you had to HIRE it, (not even a coffee machine, nothing ) I had to remind staff at reception of the prepaid hired kettle 4 times, it took over 7 hrs to arrive in the bedroom ( a whole days RENTAL)

I had an amazing experience at H10 Delfín and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and attractions. There’s even a supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Now, let’s talk about the food—wow! Every meal was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was consistently impressive. Overall, H10 Delfín offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday: great food, ideal location, clean facilities, and wonderful staff. I’ll definitely be returning!

Hotel was nice, clean and comfy beds. Food was tasty and varied. My only let down was that you are forced to buy water from them in the evening and i was subjected to a member of staff taking me to the back of a door and showing me / pointing rudely that it wasnt allowed to bring in my own refil bottle. That was embarrassing and awkward as i didnt know. I got a proper telling off like a child! Also, as a British person, you want a cuppa in your own room and they dont provide kettles, you have to hire it from them at €20/ week! And by the time i tried, they were all gone. Overall a lovely hotel, more so for the older generation i would say. Great location and most of our experience was a positive one. Some customer service skills could be worked on that all. Be kind.

I stayed in H10 Delfin with 2 friends and we had a fantastic overall experience in this beautiful hotel. I had accidentally booked for one person instead of three but Samantha and all the staff team were so helpful and kind in rectifing my mistake and made us feel at ease straight away. The staff in the hotel were extremely kind helpful and friendly throughout our stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star feel. We were given the change to upgade our room for a very small fee and were delighted with the space and amenities in this room. The pool areas were very enjoyable and we attended a night of fantastic live music on the rooftop pool and bar on one of the evenings, which was brilliant and was a great addition to our holiday. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner options were brilliant. My two friends and I have varied diatery needs and preferences and there was so much variety and choices for each of us. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and I can honestly say our stay in H10 Delfin was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing I have had. Thank you so much to all the fantastic, kind and professional staff for making our stay so memorable.

Check-in and out was ok. Nightly entertainment was poor. Room was average. Breakfast selection of items was ok but breakfast experience was awful. Long queues for tea and coffee unless you arrived for breakfast within 15 minutes of it opening.

Went for a friends party and also a nearby event. Fab location. Room was ok. Then again you’re not there to just stay in your room!! Amazing shower though.

Refurbished, rooms are clean but visible that the refurbishment was only painting on old looking walls Very nice buffet for breakfast, even better than for diner. Swimming pools are poorly open from 9 am to 7 pm, would be great to be able to have an evening swimming but no no it’s closed, really a pity

The location is great. 15 min walk to Portaventura theme park, 5 min walk to beach. Lots of bars and restaurants near-by. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Great pool areas. Room was basic but very nice, clean, and great air-con. We would recommend and return to this hotel.

Everything was fine. Great choice at breakfast, super location and tbe bar and pool area were great too. Would happily stay here again.
