This hotel is old and has a lot of issues. If you have allergies, do not stay here as it is dusty and musty. It is also not properly accessible. When you enter, there is a long flight of steps up to the reception. It has a lift which is usually not useable and you have to ask staff for help. Similarly, the breakfast is on the second floor and you can not take an elevator up. You can get off there on the way down from your room. But then you have to take a long winding staircase down to access the elevator. The breakfast was mediocre but okay. My room had no fridge or safe and not enough outlets including none by the bed. There were no modern charging stations that many hotels have. The front desk closes at 10pm and opens at 8am so if you have any needs during that time, such as the lift or a medical emergency, you’re out of luck. They also failed to clean my room one day. My room featured a shower that wets the whole floor, which admittedly did have fabulous in floor heating. But I came back to a pile of damp towels. The front desk told me the room had been cleaned at first but then replaced my damp towels. The staff were kind and helpful. I heard when I was checking out that there was a spa advertised online in their materials but there was no mention of it by staff or signage in the lobby or elevator.

Det fanns ingen parkering via hotellet som var behjälplig för elbilsägare.

Även under ombyggnation var hotellet fint och ordningsam.

Bra hotell och rent och bra

Slitet och smutsigt. Men personalen och frukosten var bra.

Morgenmaden var fremragende. Men vi manglede minibar på værelset som lovede i beskrivelsen og receptionisten som tjekkede os ind var ikke særlig imødekommende og serviceminded.

Bekvämt boende i enklare standard. Lätt att hitta parkeringsplats.

Et fantastisk sted å overnatte. Staselig bygg med stort familierom og nyrenovert bad. Frokosten var noe av det beste jeg har opplevd. Mye hjemmelaget og fokus på gode råvarer. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personell. Anbefales.

Hyvä monipuolinen aamiainen. Huoneissa ei viilennystä, jotan valitse huone helteellä varjon puolelta. Ikkunoita ei voi pitää auki, lokit kirkuvat läpi yön kun pesivät ympäristön katoilla.

Great hotel in the center of Jönköping. Close to everything. Parking was a bit tricky though.

Helt okej boende centralt

Okej boende, det fanns inte så mycket att göra på hotellet så som lobby eller liknande. Frukosten var trevlig fin och god.

Ett gammalt men välskött hotell. Bra frukost, men en av oss saknade köttbullar och prinskorv och den andre saknade yoghurt eller fil, det fanns bara grekisk yoghurt. Annars fanns det vi önskade.
