Luxury to the core. Taj Falaknuma Palace truly makes you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. The grand buggy ride up to the palace, the shower of flowers on arrival, the soulful qawali in the evening, and the breathtaking architecture create an unforgettable experience. Every detail — from the beautifully designed rooms to the exceptional food and impeccable hospitality — was simply mesmerising. I’ve stayed at many luxury properties around the world, but this experience felt truly special and different. Absolutely loved every moment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime royal stay.

Outrageously expensive, but somehow worth it given its role in the history of one of India's great cities. Quirky, not perfect, but amazing restoration and wonderful restaurant. The evening music was a bonus.

Pure Royalty Treatment.

Feels like staying in a real palace. Lot of very interesting activities like feeding peacoks, foot baths, scented baths, et al.

It was magical stay worth every moment

This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. An intern by the name of Gulnaz made our stay very special with her kind and compassionate demeanor. She’s a real asset to Falaknuma!
