It was a newer hotel and in good condition. Lady at front desk was good. Breakfast was normal continental breakfast. We needed to do some laundry, but the dryer didn't dry, so that was inconvenient (it was really tough finding a laundromat). If we ever came back to this area we'd stay there again. Nothing fancy, but a nice hotel that was clean and in good condition.

Friendly service. Clean rooms and smells great even in the hallway. Easy to find parking spots and location is just 20mins away from the main attractions in old quebec. Will be back again 😊

Good, facility

The facilities are ok, the breakfast is ok (although the first day of our stay quite a few items were missing, but appeared on the second day). The hotel advertised their 'children policy' as 'a child under 17 stays free using the existing bedding', it also offers an extra bed or a crib for a fee. I made a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) and had a 6-year old that was supposed to go 'free' or with an extra bed. However, upon our arrival I was told that 'the child could stay with us if she was 5, but since she was 6, we had to pay for a larger room'. So we had to pay extra $150. Talked to the manager the following day, who agreed that the description might have been misleading and offered to do something, perhaps to refund some of the extra charge, during the check-out. However, at the check-out there was no mention of the conversation, and a different person was pretty dismissive, saying that it was all my fault for misunderstanding their policy. Very unpleasant situation. Not a very family friendly hotel.

Enjoyed our stayed at Quality Inn

The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good, but the room and washroom had a bad odor at check-in. Despite being given a freshener and reassured it would be fixed the next day, the issue wasn’t resolved even after two reminders.

Staff are very friendly and hotel is clean. Outdoor parking was big enough for trucks. Room was clean but beds were not a big hard for our liking. Overall great hotel.

Nice place to stay

A very nice property and well maintained , just difficult to get to Quebec City on public transport - it takes a while - a couple of fast food places close by but not good for vegetarians so remember to eat well in the city before going back to accommodation.
