Stay at Le Germain Hotel was exceptional. What truly stands out is their incredibly classy and professional staff team. Every interaction felt warm, polished, and genuinely attentive. The hotel carries an effortless European elegance, with a refined atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and comfortable. The flow and setup of each room is thoughtfully designed—easy, intuitive, and beautifully executed. Every detail seems carefully considered, from comfort to aesthetics. I also appreciated the seamless service offered in both French and English, which adds to the welcoming and elevated experience. A truly outstanding stay. Beautiful hotel, wonderful vibe, friendly staff. It was overall great. I do wish they had a pool or hot tub but the sauna is nice.

Forget the room, which was great. Forget the fact that it is centered around everything. The staff were great. The level of service and politeness was top notch. I wish I remembered the gentlemen’s name with the glasses who actually came outside to ensure we had a safe path to walk through construction. He was fantastic.

Very comfy bed

A beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Service was excellent! We really appreciated the noon checkout time. My only complaint was that the “queen size“ bed was actually a double bed. Pretty small for 2 people, yet there is plenty of space in the room for a king bed. Also, the bedside clock was an old-style analog clock with a small, unlit dial that was positioned about 1 foot above the floor, making it practically useless.

Great stay! Clean modern rooms, tasty room service, friendly and attentive staff, all in a perfect central location.

Close to Jack Singer Concert Hall

This hotel was beautiful however very hard to get to of course downtown parking was issue due to on going construction, also they put us on the 12th floor the view was poor looking into an office building , the room was nice but needed room key for lights unusual a bit annoying , the room was a furnace extremley hot tried adjusting the thermostat to turn on air conditioner it was a warm day outside temp set to cool would only go to 19 and it didnt work , so opened window but no screen buy the time morning came 24.5 degrees in the room it was awful . Other than that everything else was ok

All the staff were so professional and friendly. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The SPA was wonderful, and the gym was well-equipped. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Thank you!

Couldn’t figure out tv out but the staff was an amazing help and were absolutely wonderful. I would stay here again just for how awesome everyone was. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the bar had an amazing blackberry margarita. 10/10 would recommend.

I was a solo traveller every staff member interaction was so heart warming and kind. Every time I need I need something the promptly have it my room. I was shocked! The room was beyond clean and I love that we have the option to click a switch to request housekeeping to clean or privacy. That option really comes in handy when trying to catch extra sleep.

It was close to a lot of amenities downtown and the Calgary tower was across the street. The valet service was good and the room was comfy enough. The staff were professional and courteous. But as it was downtown TONS of sketchy people everywhere. We didn’t NOT feel safe but at the same time we felt the need to lock our car doors immediately.

Wonderful weekend stay. Room was clean, modern, adjustable lighting throughout and the open floor plan makes for a spacious layout once you walk in. Front Desk staff friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall, favorite YYC hotel.
