First, we are hotel snobs! So truly trust us when we say The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were impeccable, modern and clean! Our room was so large and we loved it. The location is slightly tucked away from taxis, but everything is within walking distance! The staff is wonderful too. Although the pool on rooftop is nothing to write home about, the rooftop itself lends to stunning sunsets!!! We would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful stay overall. The location is fantastic and makes exploring the area incredibly convenient. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. Sandra and Isabel make the morning breakfast memorable. The bedroom suite is exceptional, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shelf in the shower area blends well with the interior design, but it could be a safety hazard and may be better positioned to the right of the shower area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff were fabulous and very helpful.

Sadly our stay was a disappointing experience. We have stayed before in 2017, when the hotel was newly opened, and it was a fantastic experience so we thought we would stay again, now in 2026. Sadly the hotel is now run by some "Cool Room" hotel group, and it has totally changed the quality, experience and service of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to people who are expecting a 5 star stay!!

Absolutely treated like a king & queen at this Palace of a hotel! Very hospital, clean rooms & maintained daily! Super service! One of the best meals we had in Seville for my husband’s birthday, compliments to the chef! There is so much attention to detail in this home from home, it truly is a stunning place. Service is above ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if not more! Excellent! Thank you for a very memorable stay & unforgettable experience & making this a truly magical experience for my husbands birthday. The Room! Wow, stunning, separate room with a bathroom area, standalone bath tub & the showing was outstanding with jet sprays! Honestly, everything was perfect & an ideal location for everything too!
