Loved the calmness of the monastery. Dorms were comfortable and warm. Good kitchen facilities. Well worth the minimal price. Beautiful buildings.

Friendly front desk staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The pool was a bonus after walking the Camino.

The Historic Setting of this hotel, situated in the heart of Santiago de Compostela's historic center, it is within walking distance of the Cathedral and other attractions. A former monk's refectory, for banquets and meals, serves us excellent breakfast and dinner! The best! Great parking lot for free. I highly recommend this hotel !

Friendly staff, clean room, well run

The hotel still functions as a spiritual house with 8 friars still living onsite. It is a gentle spacious. Grand hotel and our room was both spacious and elegant. We looked out over a beautiful vista of rolling hills and countryside. A beautiful breeze from four French windows made it extra beautiful and bright. The combination of modern architecture supporting a convent originally built in the 11th century with a cathedral attached make it a unique place to simply be let alone have the privilege of staying. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful hotel with us!

Hotel appeared to be more oriented to week time conferences rather than weekend recreation. Seemed to be working on a skeleton staff at weekend
