Room smelt of smoke. Very poor condition and seemed dirty, so decided not stay there.

Just stayed for a quick over night, it was relatively clean, the room was actually quite warm which was nice, bed and pillows was comfy

We were happy to have a roof over our heads for the trip. The cleanliness needs a bit of work - the ceiling vent in the bathroom was so dusty it looked like a furry animal was sticking out. On the plus, the room was cleaned every day and the staff was very helpful when my partner locked his key in the room at 6am

Stayed in regular room instead of kitchenette. Room was clean, dated a bit, desk clerk was polite. Window over door let too much light in for sleeping. Brought an extra blanket and used as a bit cool at night, hot showers

Parking was good, even $125 was too expensive for the room we got

Room smelled musty, was dirty, blankets felt like cheap soap was used.

The property was clean and quiet, the staff was polite and nice. The only thing that worries me is their request for a credit card when I had already paid through Expedia. They took my card information, including the card number and CVC number, which I think is not secure. I personally blocked my card and asked my bank for a new one, which is a waste of my time.

I checked in really late but the front desk was happy to serve me.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Lots of parking, friendly staff.

Overall it was decent and the price was right!

Nice and clean

First off, not a monthly tenant but got treated like one. Had to practically beg for a towel. The dude behind the desk tried to ask for a $400 cash damage deposit when we did inquire about a monthly rate. The door was consently not opening properly and the heat could not be adjusted, 1 working outlet in the entire unit. Don't stay here!

The heater barely worked and we had to run the shower a couple times throughout the night to warm the room.

We initially had a heating problem in the first room so they gave us a new room. Then the tv wouldn’t work properly so they came and fixed but we could only get one channel, PBS. Toilet seat was broken. The room was clean but old and tired looking. Needs totally renovated. Noisey from upstairs and outside. Staff were friendly and tried their best. Bed was clean and comfortable.
