Amazing value - all helpful and worked well. V close to bus station - easy and cheap transport to the falls. Great breakfast. Small bathroom .. all good.

Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Right close to the urban bus station meaning it was easy and cheap to get to falls, airport, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. Nice decent hotel with good breakfast. Restaurant next door was great, too.

Faltou água no primeiro dia, no segundo dia só chegou água quente, só foi resolvido o problema de água no terceiro dia a noite, café da manhã básico e repetitivo.

O hotel já estava preparado que fosse mais antigo, as camas eram boas, no entanto os travesseiros eram horríveis. Foi feito limpeza todo dia no quarto. Ar condicionado funcionando. Problema principal é que tinham 3 goteiras no banheiro, que ficava todo molhado, uma em cima do vaso, você usa o vaso e sai todo respingado. Reclamei e ficaram de resolver, e nada foi feito, como ficava dia todo em passeios, não quis me estressar e não reclamei de novo. O café para mim foi bom, me atendia bem, com ovo, cuscuz, salsicha, pão, iogurte e frutas. Não esperava muito do hotel pelo preço pago, o que realmente incomodou foi as goteiras no banheiro, o resto dava para se virar.

Quarto estava um pouco sujo, principalmente o banheiro e mais especificamente o box, infelizmente nessw ponto nao foi satisfatório. Equipe de funcionários simpática. Café da manhã ok, faltam algumas variedades.

Procurar outro hotel que esteja em condições habitaveis

Não recomendo este hotel. O quarto 270 é caótico, vaso sanitário entupido, telhado de zinco na janela que fez barulho a noite toda devido à chuva e pingos de ar condicionado. Quando cheguei, vi que não lavaram o banheiro, tinha sabonete usado na saboneteira e tolha de piso molhado na porta do box. Piso solto nos corredores, salão de café da manhã com um cheiro estranho, que embrulhava o estômago. O café da manhã é razoável, mas não compensa o valor cobrado.
