Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

It is pleasant hotel that has everything one needs, very nice staff, and a convenient location right next to the bus terminal.

Right close to the urban bus station meaning it was easy and cheap to get to falls, airport, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. Nice decent hotel with good breakfast. Restaurant next door was great, too.

First of all, this hotel is in a very good location. It is close to many restaurants and shops. I was able to take bus from and to the airport. The front desk staff were helpful; there were few spoke some English and I was able to communicate without problem. The housekeeping was good too, they cleaned my room daily and promptly. The breakfast was served in a buffet style and it included variety of typical breakfast foods and beverages. I booked a room for myself for 2 nights and I got a room of two single beds with a very decent price. The construction was very loud but I wasn't in my room during the day except the first day after I checked-in, so it didn't bother me much. The carpet in the room was covered with stains; I had to wear my flip flops the whole time. I would highly recommend tiles over carpet, just saying. However, my biggest issue would be the comfort and cleanness of the bathroom facility. My shower stall door didn't close; every time I showered, the water got everywhere. And the flush button leaked water too. I feel back for the housekeeper having to clean up the soaking wet bathroom even though I did place a towel on the ground to soak the water but the towel could only do so much. I guess the price says it all; it is pretty cheap for a hotel room. They're renovating the room so I won't be surprise that their rooms will be cleaner but the price won't be the same.

I chose this hotel with a budget factor in mind but the property was more than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and satisfactory, and location was good. Above all, value of price paid to services received was excellent.

Encontramos um ambiente sujo, quarto que nos deram estava desarrumado, trocamos e outro estava sem toalhas. Recepção horrível, com alguns atendentes arrogantes e sem interesse em ajudar. Não recomendo o hotel! Café da manhã precário e estacionamento à parte do valor da diária.

O hotel, apesar de muito bem localizado, é antigo. A televisão é extremamente pequena e antiga, não tem a função smart e a qualidade de imagem é do início dos anos 2000. O ar-condicionado, além de velho, estava sujo e fraco, mas como estava frio, não o utilizamos muito. A água do chuveiro, apesar de ter um fluxo bom, não esquenta o suficiente, fica morna. O hotel teve um problema com falta de água em um dos dias, que foi restabelecida no mesmo dia, à tarde. Tivemos um problema também com o secador de cabelo velho: liguei para secar o cabelo e ele não queria desligar e, como o fio é embutido na parede, precisamos solicitar a manutenção. O café da manhã é simples, mas o suficiente para o dia a dia. E a equipe é simpática e prestativa. Acredito que uma reforma e algumas atualizações sejam o suficiente para o hotel ter um bom funcionamento.

Hotel muito bom quartos pequenos porém muito bom

Predio muito velho e mal conservado, banheiros ambos com defeito,so o cafe da manhã que foi excelente.

Sempre me hospedo lá pela localização, ao lado do terminal e próximo a muitos comércios como supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes.
