There was no shampoo or any amenity like it. The worse part was when i asked the front desk people (there were around 4 girls there) to get me some,time pass, i could see them chatting & fooling around & no one brought me the amenities. I had to go out my room & get them from the cleaning people arouns there. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was really good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms dirty, we got two rooms, one of the rooms the sheets were not changed, the beds were made, but sheets were dirty. There was a bad smell in both rooms, carpet was not clean or vacuumed (there were crumbs and other debris on carpet including a deodorant cap), restroom sinks were dirty.

The hotel was clean and very close to shopping and food! They have a very nice continental breakfast.

The staff is really nice, the complain is about the rooms are not clean no vacuum, the bath, mirror need more attention

We stay in room 209 everything was nice except the noise of the lobby we stayed here before and we had no issues but in higher floors otherwise everything was nice clean and good

We checked in around 11pm, very tired from a long flight. Got to the room and were anxious to get in bed, pulled the sheets and saw the sheets all wrinkled and hairs on the pillows and sheets, qtrashed
