The staff is so nice and friendly, the room was so big and clean and the breakfast buffet was so good too. Good experience.

The best hotel service! Free shuttle pick up from airport, when we pass the immigration, there is a guy to call our name and take us to the van which made us very welcome! Dinner buffet is good and also excellent and free breakfast served from 3:00 am, when we leave for airport, the hotel van might be busy, they call Local taxi for us and tell us this service is free….. best hotel service, we stayed 4 nights, strongly recommend

Exceptional service, staff, food, amenities, and cleanliness! Quite possibly the best 4 star hotel my wife and I have stayed at. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. The staff especially are super helpful and make you feel very welcome. It’s also a short walk to the Cusco town centre which was very convenient.

Thanks to the staff here, I was back in Cusco after a day in macchu piccu and had a horrible acute case of soroche. They sorted me out straight away with oxygen in the room, which made me able to get up and out to a flight. My partner also reports that the breakfast spread was the best of the whole holiday (including hotels with much bigger claims of luxury)

The staff were great, they were servicing snacks, drinks as you were waiting for your room. The breakfast excellent, they can omelet the way you like it another locally berries and fruits.

Airport pickup drop off was great; checkin was smooth; Reception staff was helpful; while the rooms are nit fancy, they are very functional and spacious; bedding was clean and beds were firm and ideal for us as we dislike soft beds. Bathrooms were very clean as well; only negative would be the floor carpets, and bedding runners, both looked old and could use a refresh; Highlight was definitely the breakfast with ample variety of local and standard options; location is also a plus because it’s 10 min walk to Plaza De Armas, and yet, it’s not as noisy or busy as it is closer to the plaza;

I arrived at the hotel before check-in, but they prepared my room right away. All the hotel staff were very kind.

This hotel and the staff were great for our stay both before and after doing the 4 day Inca Trail hike. Great breakfast, nice bar, easy and safe luggage storage, clean rooms, helpful staff, nice location with easy access for being picked up and dropped off......really if you are staying in Cusco for any amount of time don't overthink it and just book here!
