reservation staff really" not help, when i do check in they not explain to me about the room, even i book include breakfast but they not explain to me if in their system not include, i stay at 2310, which is i booked 1 large bed but they give me 2 small bed, when i pay for breakfast (300THB / person) there is no option meal there (only have normal rice no fried rice) , only have small muffin no other choice

I'm very happy here, the hotel and everything it 's perfect, the only thing they need to improve only the young man staff who in charge at the loby, I forgot his name, but his quite rude with almost every guest. From outside the hotel looks small, but when you walk inside its a huge hotel, like hidden fancy, I like it. O ya for breakfast its OK lah, I stay for 3 night here and everything OK.

We stayed in Sawaddi for 2 nights in their suite room. It was clean and tidy. The over all experience is good.

Stayed on south wing level 3. The rooms are very clean. Ask the information counter for more pillows and water but was rejected by a rude staff at 1am. Other than the encounter with a rude male staff, the rooms and breakfast was great.

Hotelnya bagus sekali desain interiornya, gedung masih baru, sarapannya banyak pilihan enak-enak, kamar luas, ada 2 swimming pool yang bersih dan cozy, ada juga luggage store buat nyimpan koper di dekat lobby jadi bisa dititip kalau sudah check out dan masih mau jalan-jalan sebelum balik atau pindah hotel, ada juga permainan lain seperti meja billiard, meja pingpong, dan banyak permainan umum lainnya. Tetapi ada beberapa yang kurang: 1. Perlengkapan kamar mandi kurang, tidak ada sikat gigi, pasta gigi, shower cap, gelas, dan lain-lain. Hanya ada sabun cuci tangan, sabun/shampoo mandi, hairdryer, shower air panas & dingin, 2 handuk mandi, 2 handuk kecil & 1 keset. 2. Perlengkapan kamar sudah lengkap sekali, kecuali sandal hotel tidak ada. 3. Kotor, tidak dibersihkan dengan baik. Waktu masuk kamar pertama kali masih ada bekas puntung rokok di asbak yang ada di balkon kamar. Lantai kamar masih berdebu dan ada rambut. 4. Listrik sebagian sering mati, sehingga TV, hairdryer dan colokan lainnya tidak berfungsi, tidak bisa charge handphone, sudah 3x komplain dan yang ketiga kalinya sudah tidak ada mekanik listrik yang datang (kamar 5416).

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean. I really enjoyed staying at sawaddi phuket. There is a swimming pool too. Bathtub, kayak bench on the beach too.

Very good service, the receptionist spoke because of the sweet voice, smiling all the time when walking down. The price is cheap, not far from the beach, the room is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, everything is good. Any problems are dealt with quickly. Anyone who is deciding whether to stay here or not, I recommend it because it's very good.

There was a problem with check-in, the hotel staff did not give good advice, when I arrived at the room I found hair and spiders, very bad service.

Clean, spacious room, local eateries around the hotel.

Everything from room, breakfast and hotel amenities were great.

Had a great stay at Sawaddi Patong Hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive.
