What a wonderful surprise! Friendly greeting and helpful at every turn. Room was roomy, clean, and well appointed. Beds and pillows were best of our Switzerland trip. Had two great meals - hamburgers in the rooftop bar at sunset; and breakfast. Drove us back to the train station. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM IF YOU WANT A VIEW!! ESPECIALLY A JUNIOR SUITE!! I WOULD HAVE RATED THEM A 3 (there are great things about this hotel see below) but no one would read the comments. Bad - I looked extensively to make sure I was getting a great view. Their Expedia add showed that junior suites appeared to have a great view so I paid a lot extra to get a junior suite. (in fairness there is a picture of our room but the curtains are not open in that view). Our view was of a clock tower and office building with about a one foot view of the mountains if you looked just right GREAT! - The sky bar was OUTSTANDING with AMAZING VIEWS. The hot tub was OUTSTANDING with AMAZING VIEWS. The art was wonderful. THE STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING. The restaurant was great, so good we ate there both evenings. Food and service were superb. Our room was very nice just no view MY RECOMMENDATION - book this hotel with the cheapest room available. Enjoy the staff and facilities, just dont expect a view.

This place was absolutely amazing!! Would be lucky to stay here again. They had complimentary welcome drinks, transportation to and from the train, breakfast, and turn down service!!

Great time! The skybar was fantastic, the spa, and the restaurant is delicious!!!! At the heart and center of St Moritz, want to go back!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of St Moritz. Close to everything, except the train. Although they provide transportation to the train station, so that was wonderful! Staff was so nice and accommodating. They helped us with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The rooftop bar was a great place to reset and admire the view. Wonderful place to stay!
