Just a 10 minute walk from the train station, this hotel in Menton was perfect for us! Right across the street from the water, we loved walking along the promenade daily. About a 20 minute walk from the ‘busy’ town centre and restaurants, which we enjoyed being close but not too close! Smaller rooms, but we really only slept in them! Good breakfast, staff was lovely!

I have stayed at this property three or four times, as I come to Menton often for work. I find this hotel to be the coziest of the places that I have stayed. The breakfast is really nice and comprehensive and the location cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

This hotel is adorable! Even though it’s a 3 star one u & I normally stay in a higher grade, this one is totally delightful. I love the sweet, fresh style. It’s relaxing and fun to be there. Good location too. Nice staff!!

We saw the hotel recommended in the Guardian. It lived up to expectations. Having the outside front area is a good feature, especially in the very hot weather. Staff very helpful.

Nice little haven in middle of a busy town. Garden was a bonus with outside bar and shady relaxation areas. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room was a little small but old traditional building. Would stay again. Higher floors recommended for a better view of garden and glimpse of sea.

The Hotel de Londres was superb in every regard. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is set one road back from the sea front, which is only a stone's throw away. It's right in the heart of the town, only a gentle stroll from away from the shops, bars and restaurants of Menton. However, it's slightly set back from the road and during our stay there was minimal road noise as the windows were well glazed. Our room was spotless. The bed was large (definitely a King size, if not slightly bigger) and very comfortable. The room had all the facilities you'd need, including tea and coffee making facilities, a tv, a safe, plenty of hanging space etc. The shower room again was very clean, and the shower itself was excellent, with very good water pressure and instant hot water every we used it. Breakfast was perfect for our needs - a buffet type continental style set up, with yoghurt and a wide range of fruit, nuts and seeds. There were also a variety of pastries, breads, with a toaster. There were also eggs, cold meats and cheese, as well as muffins and pancakes. It was all fresh, tasty and in abundance! There is also a small well stocked indoor bar, with doors opening out onto the more spacious and very tidy outdoor seating, which also contained a small boules court, with boules provided. This was a lovely area to sit at any time of the day and enjoy a drink. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our short break!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the beach. The staff is very nice and helpful! The room was clean, bed very comfortable, nice shower with all the necessary essentials. The staff went out of their way to help me with the WiFi.

what a hidden gem in the heart of mendon. great location literally 50 yards from the promenade and sea. staff excellent. breakfast buffet more than adequate. nice bakery and wine store steps away. great value. book and stay ypu wont regret it. from boston MA usa

Wonderful stay! Loved the outdoor bar

We LOVED our stay here! Our family suite was large and we appreciated our balcony although there was no ocean view. The staff here were incredible and the property felt very clean and had a fun vibe. 5 minutes walk to the train station and 2 minute walk to the ocean boardwalk in Menton! The beach is beautiful with likely a hundred incredible restaurants in walking distance. Menton is a very fun town so close to Italy. We loved playing bocce ball with our children every evening. Such a fun boutique hotel and the breakfast was perfect!

The room was so small but lovely

This is such a lovely boutique hotel, right in the heart of Menton. The staff were very welcoming, gracious, and accomodating. It met all of our needs- walkable to the public beach one block away, and easily accessible to the rest of town. It is a charming little spot with its own outside lounge/bar- very reasonably priced and would definitely stay there again. The accomodations are very comfortable and clean. Very lovely for a three star hotel and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is in a perfect location, centrally located and one bloc from the beach and a pretty garden/courtyard Paddle boards are available for use as well as beach towels and bag. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We’ll stay at Hotel de Londres again on a future visit.
