The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel areas were generally clean overall. The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring and sightseeing. The tram was also super easy to work out if planning to travel a bit further for different attractions. The tram stop is called Plac Bema and depending on where you wanted to go, would determine which stop (side of the road) you would use. Combining the internet with the screens on each stop was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay here, in Wroclaw and explored a lot in just three days.

Everything was just super good... Would love to come back another time

Overall this was a week of delight and relaxation for my wife and I. We arrived around 10pm and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who then advised of the 11pm restaurant closure. This was a godsend as we had a delay on our flight from Glasgow but the food was the star - delicious. The staff were always warm, attentive and friendly to all our requests for assistance and offered advice when asked. This is a fantastic place to stay on the edge of the Old Town/Market Square and bridge access to the islands around Ostrow Tumski. The hotel is well worth a visit as is the city of Wroclaw.

Great hotel second stay there check in very good room with river view lovely clean comfy beds and pillows could do with couple more hangers in wardrobe nice bathroom great shower air con nice in warm weather it’s in a good location about 10 minutes to main square loved the big bridge which you walk over to reach main square would really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Wroclow also get uber to and from airport takes about 20 minutes and stops and picks up right outside the main entrance about £7/8 we paid rip off taxis outside airport a no no taxis stop at the middle section of road right outside terminal big sign saying uber and marked on the floor can’t miss it my only fault was outside the hotel is massive roadworks which aren’t great at getting round anyone with mobility issues would struggle but not the hotels fault however I feel hotels .com who we booked with should let people know about it but overall a great hotel in good spot

Un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable, superbe salle de bain avec belle douche. Petit déjeuner au choix exceptionnel (crêpes, gaufres et pancakes pour les gourmands) et de très bonne qualité. Proche du centre ville à pied. Climatisation et WIFI fonctionne parfaitement.

There was no three beds room available. One person had to sleep on the set up bed. The set up bad wasn't comfortable.

Nice and cozy hotel with an amazing view on the river. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. The hotel itself offers many extras for a reasonable price. Overall I would recommend to stay here

Very clean hotel and very nice river view and outstanding staff

Overall it was very clean, but there were lack of amenities, no slippers, and also the toilet clogged easily and there were no bidets, or anything to help the guest with hygiene and cleaning the toilet. And there was no water inside the rooms and we were instructed to get them from outside although this was not a big problem.

Hotel overlooks river nothing special about immediate area and about 15 mins to Christmas markets . Hotel clean partner had breakfast and approved . "Hit and miss" reception atmosphere and response. Reception (male 30s pony hair, no tie scruffy) rude ignored me completely whilst I waited to be served. Housekeeper missed our bedroom 1st day completely even though we had left early and out for most of the day. Wouldn’t call hotel 4* attention to detail and little extras bottled water, in bathrom only 1 dispenser "Dove" liquid. What happened to body lotion shampoo and conditioner for example. Room for improvement.....
