A lovely hotel and very nice spacious room with a balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It’s a little out of the way for shops and restaurants.

Excellent hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff! Nice self-service lounge. Only thing is that the heating did not work very well in the room. The room was a bit cold when we arrived but didn't warm up even with the heating on 24°C for more than an hour.

It was a not so great experience this time which is a different experience from last time. The room was dirty and there were stains on the bed. The cups had tea or coffee rings on them and the room was just made but not cleaned. Whilst I understand it was warm the service could have been better

The place is very nice with your own balcony. The room didn’t have a safe or a room telephone. My husband hated the two twin beds shoved together instead of having a king bed.

The staff was great! Food at Ozzo's was exceptional. Location only 15 min to Keukenhof. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property all the way around! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Very handy for moving around

Good experience apart from one staff on reception not very friendly. Rest of staff are very good. Got ground floor room not private, people in the car park and in their cars next to your room.

Nice hotel for short stays, great breakfast, big and clean rooms.

Stayed a few times, and last couple of times the room has been dirty, and feels old. TV did not work etc. staff were not helpful at all when i needed support.
