Excellent everything

The rooms are uncomfortable and the sheets have terrible quality. The air conditioning does not work at all and the ladies at the front desk are very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible service from the ladies of the front desk, really disappointed with the room the air conditioning was not working at all. I’ll never be back in there.

Great hotel to stay when traveling in and out of GDL. Great customer service, form wake up call to transportation set up.

Love that they have a restaurant with amazing food in addition to a nice gym area. Walking around is not a problem at all for me

I would not rate this hotel the 4 stars Hotels.com rates it. I will be genorous and rate it a 2.5 star. Jacuzzi was not working properly, asked for extra pillows and was denied. Elevator to the 6th. Floor was broken, had to take 2 floors of stairs. Tv volume was too low and froze often.

Everything was great just a little of air on the bathroom and bed the first day but after that day everything was great and clean very recommended for the price and location.

In general the hotel was great, the only thing is that they need to improve the WiFi conection.
