They are friendly, the hotel is clean but bed and pillows aren’t comfy.

Almost everybody was amazing just one small detail house keeping has to remember they work at a hotel not a bar in tijuana keep their conversations private especially when using foul language

I would like to recognize the staff. Unfortunately I don’t have their names but the lady during my check in was super nice and professional. Special recognition to the guys working in afternoon they were super helpful, friendly, polite, professional. Once again I don’t have their names but hopefully they can be recognized. If I have to say a negative thing is the pillows can have an upgrade and in my situation the same guest wouldn’t let me sleep at all due all the running and slamming on the doors and being super loud but once I called to the night receptionist he was more than helpful
