I cant fault the property, from the location, staff and cleanliness... bus stop down the hill to take you anywhere you wish, there is also a taxi rank round corner and a walkable 15 mins to the wonderful marina with great restaurant's and bars... will definately be back.

Room requested high floor, away from lift was given, good afternoon sun on balcony, bed comfortable, felt the bedroom floor could do with a good wash as foot got dirty when out of the shower, but I like the hotel, it’s in a good location, and good value for money, if was open all year around would stay here all the time.

Room floor wasn’t clean. Bare foot with bits of dirt sticking to feet. Laid towels down to walk on after shower so wouldn’t be mucky.

Easy early check in, Rooms always clean , massive breakfast buffet to suit all allergies etc.

Great location. Fantastic staff. Delicious breakfast. Loud at night and bedding had a funny smell.

Even though this hotel is located on a hill its position is great. 5-10 mins from the beach/marina. 5 mins from Bonanza square. Only down side is very noisy at night/early morning but that depends who your neighbours are & not the fault of the hotel. There are signs to be quite but some people dont respect this hence the 4 stars

The staff is great. The patrons are all senior. Feels and looks like an old cruse ship. On a Hill

It was ok spacious room, shower loved the water pressure. Toilet felt it was not safe; made noise while sitting.

Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, friendly bar staff and very easy check-in and check out process. Rooms are clean and modern, quite small but functional.

very enjoyable 4 night stay at THB Fermin Benalmadena liked the pool very nice food at breakfast and dinner good facilities in room nice shower with good pressure would recommend and would visit again

Enjoyed my stay here.Very friendly and helpful staff.Great amenities.Close to the beach.Only downside was the hotel next door playing loud music till late daily.
