Very clean hotel

We encountered a problem with a taxi during our stay and the hotel staff went out of their way to try to resolve - first class service thank you

The most memorable would be the friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioning did work well it was a bit warm

I loved the beds and the shower! Of course the closeness to everything was awesome but i cannot stress how comfortable the bed was and how amazing the shower pressure was after a long day out and about! I will definitely return!

Ok, staff was friendly. One TV channel in English with no sound. Room was very hot on arrival and staff had to do maintenance on AC unit. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast was ok

The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice clean room, very good breakfast, the coffee was great. Everyone was very friendly.

I may have been assigned the worst room in the hotel. While the room is of a good size, it is quite dirty and dark, the bathroom is outdated, and the water pressure becomes very low, almost nonexistent, during peak hours. Breakfast is simple yet adequate, although it can become very crowded around 9 a.m.

Good hotel in copacabana, close to transportation and restaurants. Would stay again

Nice hotel very near Copacabana beach. Many dining options all around all within walking distance. Many shops nearby to buy souvenirs. Friendly and helpful staff.

The facilities , sport swiming pool, need a renovation. Also, U could not get an invoice on the name of my Compagny. This is a severe draw back which will prevent me to use further this site. The site must be improved serioustly.

I was expecting more of the hotel. Hotel did not offer any flexibility to an additional bed to the room. They said they do not do it even though I wanted to pay extra costs. Furniture in the lobby area is old and tables are wobbly. The same in the restaurant. Bathroom dis not have cold water in the aink. No decoration in the rooms. very disappointed and will never stay there again.

En general el hotel esta bien. Las toallas viejas y la limpieza del baño/ducha no se realiza debidamente, las camas/cuarto muy bien. Desayuno el mismo de siempre todos los dias. Ubicacion excelente y el servicio excelente. Los 2 unicos detalles son las toallas que son fatales, viejas y en mal estado y la limpieza del baño: tiene hongo de mal lavado por muchos lugares.

Beach is 2 blocks away. You will have dining options along the beach. You might see homeless people around the park.

Good location in Copacabana and breakfast. I would stay there again.
