Easy access. Not enough handicap parking

All around great!

A roach got onto my bed.

The service was great. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was great.

The lady who checked me in was rude my room was dirty it smells and was pee on the toilet

Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

Unfortunately we had to do a last minute booking as the AC went out at our place. We got to the hotel and they said they didn't have my reservation. It took more than an hour for our reservation to come up and then they put us in crappy room that had flood damage as you could see on the ceiling and in the bathroom too. Then we got charged $250 for our dog. Don't recommend this place.

The staff was actually AMAZING, super accommodating and willing to help.! I was truly impressed

couldn't get in til 4:00 p.m., I found a note I had asked to get in by 3:00; showed it to the desk and they finally gave us a key. we had a 5;00 DINNER THEATRE we were sposed to be at

Rude breakfast attendant

Great customer service, very clean hotel and not to far from the beaches.

Staff was rude. Room smelled, no food at breakfast. Came down at 8 and all food was empty. Asked to refill and they came out about 20 min later. Awful food. Powdered eggs, microwaved bacon, cold biscuits. No batter for waffles, no yogurt. List could go on.

This hotel is run down, breakfast runs out pretty quickly and there is not enough seating for everyone but the staff is super friendly and this gives you access to private beaches at their sister properties so.....for the money it's probably worth overlooking all of that but still we need an update here.

We were in fo Gulf Coast Jam. location was convenient. Room was a little older but comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and present. security visible every evening.We were at the end of breakfast everyday so not much to chose from, but they had plenty of waffles,coffee and good cream. Breakfast area could have used a little more attention to detail. overall, it was good and i would stay again.

I didn't get any service on my 3 day stay but it was okay
