Clean, comfortable room. Quick check-in process. Good breakfast

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable . The AC didn’t really cool the room, so we slept with the window open. The shower had issues…we could only use the hand held shower as the rain shower couldn’t be turned on.

The area is a bit sketchy looking, but once we came through the gate, everything was nice and well-maintained including a small garden area with tables and chairs. We needed some dinner, so we walked down the street to a pizza place that had been recommended by hotel staff and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Hotel staff also booked a taxi for us to get to the airport early the next morning. The room was very clean and nice. I would stay here again if going into or out of Naples. We did not get to try the breakfast, so idk how that was.

You can feel very confident booking this hotel. It is an oasis of calm in a very busy area of Naples. Room was spotless and modern, staff friendly and efficient, good breakfast selection, private parking with elevator from underground parking to your floor.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean, and staff were very friendly. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the train station which was not too far. Overall great place to stay.

Needed something close to the airport. Room was quiet and clean and the staff wonder.

Good hotel in not good location, but this is Naples.

Staff were amazing, helping my friend to get to the hotel late at night from the airport when there was a general strike. They really went above and beyond. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Easy walking distance to metro and tram for the city centre.

We just needed a place to stay last minute before a very early flight. The place was good what stood out is the man running it. He was just amazing! So nice! Got my wife coffee at 3:30 am and had a taxi waiting and ready to go when we needed to leave. Maybe the nicest person we met our entire trip to Italy!
