Great a la carte restaurants and Eugene at the day bar was absolutely brilliant . Always so helpful

Nice hotel. Lucky it wasnt peak season. The facilities are nice and the staff are very friendly. The food is varied and a decent selection for all pallets and diets. If youre gluten free chat to the chef and he'll go through what is available. The water in the swimming pools are very cold so be warned. But overall thoroughly enjoyable. The restaurants in the hotel have to be booked in advance which can be done on their app or at the entrance to the buffet restaurant at 10.30. Italian,asian,greek,mexican and a burger joint. The food is absolutely beautiful. A must for all .

A lovely looking hotel and grounds. The pool areas are very relaxing and the rooms are spacious and cool. Staff were very polite and helpful, and a special shoutout to the bar staff, who worked very hard and gave service with a smile. While we had a great time overall, there were a couple of things that let the hotel down. First of all, it was incredibly busy, and it didn't seem like the communal areas that had entertainment could seat anywhere close to the number of people who would have wanted to be there. This was also a problem at the bars in the evenings - there were often long lines for drinks, even with the bar staff working so hard. My biggest problem was the a la carte restaraunts. They were very small and we had to book all of our meals in as soon as we arrived because they were already fully booked on some of the days we were there. Service in the restaraunts was very slow, and in our opinion the food was subpar and did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall, i would recommend this hotel if you are planning to have a relaxing place to enjoy the beach and pool, with a base for exploring the island further, or are planning to try the local cuisine outside of the hotel. However i wouldn't recommend it if you are just planning to stay in the hotel the whole time. The food just isn't good enough and the communal areas just aren't set up to provide entertainment to guests during busy periods, unless you are happy to just sit and drink

Lovely hotel and good food - sometimes service in the restaurant could be better as we often didn’t get the drinks we requested. But staff were kind and considerate otherwise. A lovely family hotel - highly recommended

Great rooms, all had a recent refit. Nice facilities

No tennis court despite advertising that there was one. A la carte dining options limited. Restaurants felt like dining in a service station. Poor understanding of nut allergy.

Liked the food

The staff and management were quite unfriendly throughout our stay. The main buffet was the only dining option consistently available, and even that was below average in both quality and variety. The à la carte restaurants were supposedly fully booked from the moment we checked in, making it impossible to secure reservations. What made the situation worse was that these restaurants were often half empty when we passed by. When we requested to be seated despite the empty tables, staff refused. We even spoke with the manager, showing him photos of the empty dining rooms, yet he still insisted that “it’s policy” and would not allow us to book or be seated—even though most reservations apparently don’t show up. This left us with no real dining choices, and the experience was incredibly frustrating.

The price we paid does not match the service that we received. We paid for all inclusive but ended up eating in the same buffet everyday. We were told the restaurants were fully booked and we should have reserved months in advance but there was nobody sitting in those restaurants. When we asked to speeck to the manager he was very rude and not accommodating. Rooms were small and below average for what we paid almost 1000$ a night. The resort is isolated and far from the happening areas and no convenient transportation beyond taxi or renting a car was available. We stayed for a week but we would have not stayed beyond 3 days given the limited options at this facility and bad management. Overall we don't recommend this "all inclusive experience" that lacks the true Greek experience. It is overpriced and lack the luxury experience that was advertised when we booked.

Fantastic staff

Gros problème à l’arrivée gâchant totalement l’arrivée en vacances. Sur place le personnel nous relogé dans un hôtel 4* éloigné et bien en dessous des prestations pour lesquelles nous venions. Plus jamais je ne ferai confiance au groupe Mitsis. J’invite les voyageurs à faire preuve de prudence et à éviter cet établissement qui pratique cela avec de nombreux vacanciers d’après certains membres de l’équipe mais également d’autres vacanciers qui ont subit le même sort pendant et après notre arrivée. Honteux je compte contacter les autorités compétentes désormais que cette pratique soit sanctionnée !

Could be a really great hotel. There were lots of positives but it felt like corners were being cut to save costs. Lots of reviews talk about the food. The buffet was fine good for kids, but could definitely be improved. The a la carte restaurants weren't amazing. Nice settings and service but the food was below average. The Mexican was really bad unfortunately. Another gripe was how complicated it was to get water - it's hot there and people need quick and easy access to water, not to queue behind lots of people waiting for cocktails and coffees to be made. Suggestion - out water refill points around the hotel. And not enough sunloungers. Quite annoying. But a beautiful setting, lots of good staff. But it really coild be better.

Excellent hotel, with fantastic staff. Buffet restaurant was okay, but the a la carte restaurants were fantastic. Felt like it was lacking in evening entertainment, and could have benefited from additional seating areas rather than just the hotel lobby. Parking was challenging as there are so many hire cars and tight spaces to navigate. Overall though a few issues didn't spoil the holiday at all, and we'd definitely consider staying at a Mitsis resort again.

Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller portions of the main meals so seemed like a lot of waste to order a main for a child. However we did sometimes get them a starter instead of a main then went into the buffet restyarnt afterwards if they were wanted somthing else. They were never hungry! The information and opening times of everything could be better, the creperie/ice cream place is advertised on the app to be open from 8.30 but doesnt open til 10, but there are no opening times at each bar/restaurant so unless you look on the app you dont know. And it would be good to have a bar near the splash park with drinks and ice creams but other than that we had an amazing time and will go back.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel - all our group really enjoyed it.

Definitely not a 5*, they don't make it clear you can only visit each a la carte once if you're lucky enough to get space (there are only 4 open at dinner). Some brilliant staff - at the Italian, George at the Greek, zeta at the bar but also some awfully rude - Agela I think her name was at reception who was h friendly and told us we "should feel lucky" we got 2 ALC bookings.

Very nice hotel. There was a slight smell outside our room and we could hear the a/c fans that were above us rattlinf. Outside of this it was brilliant. Glad to have gone outside of school holidays. Food was good, staff were lovely. The evening entertainment was good. Pool activities good too. Would recommend renting a car to get around.
