Better breakfast and better tv

La ducha del baño no tenía aspersor (parecía tenerlo pero no funcionaba). Salía un chorro único no en aspersión. Además el piso de la ducha aunque estaba limpio tenía acumulación de una especie de sarro por minerales calcificados. El hotel no es nuevo pero esos dos detalles denotan falta de mantenimiento. El desayuno estaba rico, las habitaciones cómodas, el personal muy amable.

The room was nice and clean. We stayed at the 2nd tower so it was a little far. The bar was already closed when we checked in at 11:00pm.

Great people, food is good, building is dated. People there are very hepful.

The room was very cold and the heather did not work, we have things to do the day after our first nigh and we’re very tired the following day, we complained but no actions were taken, the next night we had to complained again, not offer to change room, we had to call again requesting a move to another room, they finally did send some one to help us move to another room

Necesitan cambiar las sábanas de los cuartos con uso diario, el breakfast también q incluya alimentos para niños, no olviden poner toallas y limpiar bien.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, but on the second day it had a strong, unpleasant smell that made the experience less enjoyable.

We loved our stay here. The location was good in terms of not being too far from downtown Puebla and Cholula, and across the street (accessible by a bridge over heavily trafficked highway) was a commercial center with a place to change money and a cafe. The hotel property has a lovely pool area with places to sit in the sun or shade. Our "suite" was very comfortable, with 2 beds in one room and a separate area with kitchenette & sitting area with tv & sofa. Everything was clean and comfy, but some things need to be updated. The table was stained (not dirty, but stained from use) and the cushions on the sofa were discolored. However, the furniture in the lobby areas was very attractive and inviting. The only negative in our suite was the bathroom. The shower floor was so slippery I feared falling, and there were no grab bars. The shower stall door did not close fully, so water got on the bathroom floor and made that floor slippery. Breakfast, which costs about 20 dollars per person, is well worth it -- a quesadilla bar where you can order what you want the cook to prepare for you; a juice bar with variety of fresh juices; main dishes buffet style including standard like scrambled eggs as well as traditional Mexican dishes; a bread and pastry selection that included things like chocolate croissants! They serve until noon, so we made it our one meal of the day. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully with more time to enjoy the pool and breakfast!
