Excellent breakfast, clean room and comfortable bed

Easy access to train staiton and downtown Montecatini.

Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The set evening meal was in a different hotel across the road and very poor. No one eating in there says it all. The manager was however very apologetic and did not charge us. Hopefully they can put this right. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Amazing stay in the Hotel Da Vinci the staff were excellent with us, nothing was a problem for them. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great, my wife is vegan and Stefano and Massimo made sure there was always plenty of options available. Thanks Hotel Da Vinci!

Very friendly staff. Parking is difficult. Lots of shopping close by. Breakfast was great.

This hotel feels like luxury. Beautiful, comfortable, nice size room and spacious bathroom. The staff is terrific. Amazing breakfast and dinner (across the street) was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice and polite staff. Specially Claudio and Alissa . They were amazing for help anything we need . Great room, and YES the AC worked perfectly. Very disappointed with the breakfast, cheap and the coffee was the worse in two months . Please clean the coffee machine . So dirty I can’t believe. I mentioned to their staff a about . Inside and outside . Someone must to take care that. But is Italy . The dinner was just ok. We had once . The breakfast we had only 3 times In ten days stayed . But very close to the everything, restaurants, shops , train . And the rooms was very clean .

Such Helpful and attentive staff. They really went above and beyond when our car had a flat battery. Clean room and very comfy bed. And the rooftop pool was bliss.

Very nice hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. Food was really good. The breakfast menu was very wide and of high quality. We had a lovely dinner with typical local food and we got very good wine suggestion from the waiter!

The hotel is an affordable alternative to Florence, but the location itself is not interesting compared to Florence, Lucca, or Pisa.

Room was supposed to be non smoking but had a musty, Smokey smell. They offered to change rooms but only on the third day and because they saw some feedback! Not impressed.

Staff professional,fiendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Excellent location for amenities. Montecatini is a lovely spa town with plenty of traditional restaurants, bars, spas, quality clothes shops and parks. Also an excellent location for visiting Florence, Lucca and Pisa.

The hotel is close to everytbing Rooms are clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can use the roof top pool across street which we used.
