Staff were very friendly and helpful. It would of been good to know that it was a busy weekend due to the towns festival

Superb hotel, ideally situated, outstanding breakfast buffet

The architecture and furnishings elegant and Spanish. We didn’t eat in restaurant as it was closed, but it looked lovely. We had delicious steak in the bar, and an excellent wine, and felt that the price was very reasonable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff spoke a little English, and were friendly and efficient.

The hotel is in a good location only a short walk from the town centre. Secure parking is available in an underground car park (for an additional fee). The staff were very friendly and helpful and one member of staff spoke fluent English. The room was clean although the A/C didn't seem to work - we didn't complain as we didn't need it during our stay. The breakfast was excellent although we weren't as impressed with our evening meal - however there are plenty of other eating options within a short distance of the hotel.

Veldig koselig hotell med hyggelig betjening. Rent og pent med god størrelse på rommene. Ligger sentralt og fint til i sentrum av Ezcaray. Bor der gjerne igjen.

Perfecta ubicación, bonita decoración de estilo señorial, aún indicando 3* podria pasar perfectamente por 4*. Tansolo añadiria un poco de refuerzo para el personal de recepción, siempre atentos y amables.

Las camas son súpercómodas. La ducha va muy bien. El personal es muy amable. Admiten mascotas.

Está en un pueblo precioso, bien situado. Las habitaciones y baño necesitan una actualización. Los colchones desfasados, tienen que renovar. Se oyen ruidos de habitaciones colindantes. El personal sumamente amable.
