Very generous room size and comfortable. However room was far too hot regardless of air con setting on first night. Slightly generic chain hotel feel to common areas. Reasonable value for money.

I enjoyed a relaxing stay at Brooklands Hotel for 2 nights. The room was big and clean. The bed was super comfortable and dreamy. I also enjoyed the spa and the deep tissue massage by Esther. I was impressed with Olga's customer service at reception. She was warm, caring, patient, and professional. I will return to Brooklands Hotel, by God's grace.

The room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was included in the price. I enjoyed using the gym and spa.

The room was clean and spacious. However, breakfast was a little stressful for me. I am Gluten free as I have coeliac disease. There was no information to hand to advise on the ingredients of the food. Asking staff was a problem as they were very busy with other things. There a gluten free are for bread to toast and that was good, as long as people did adhere to it ! Comfortable stay otherwise.

Staff were courteous and gave brilliant service. Amenities was great too.

The staff was not helpful or accommodating Won’t stay again Everything was too much - felt like they were doing me a favour by allowing us to stay there and it was a milestone birthday for me - very disappointed

The room and food in the restaurant, as well as the staff were all superb. Great for Mercedes World as you can walk over the road! Would definitely stay again!

From the moment I arrived to the morning I left I had the best customer service I could have asked for. The room was exactly what I needed for an early work event the following day, the amenities in the room where perfect. I would recommend if you have any golfing events in this area.

2 x days out of the 3 day stay, they forgot to clean our room and we had to call reception and make a request for cleaners at midnight. They charge an extra £14 per day for parking, when booking your stay through hotels.com, whilst parking is free if you book your room directly with the hotel !! I guess this is a loophole they have to recover the fees they pay hotels.com. Carpets in the room are old and feel dirty.
