All good

The staff were excellent. Very helpful and quick to help. Housekeeping was ok too. The check in process was very quick and efficient.

Liked having a shop and trams close by. Nice big window but needs better curtains.

The gym facilities could be better - it was hard for the two of us to exercise at the same time - the room was so tiny. Other than that - all good.

Great public transportation and connection with City Center. Clean and comfortable rooms.Very well kept facilities. Delicious breakfast. That was my second stay in Hotel Centrum.

The room I stayed in was really nice and clean and spacious and had all the nice little touches. If I was to have one little say it would be to have darkened blinds, but everything was superb. The staff are extremely helpful and very nice. The food also was very good. A wonderful hotel.

Excellent staff, excellent hotel with very modern amenities, and a great breakfast station. Free parking for those driving in to the region, and tram station to take the tram in to the downtown area is very conveniently located from the hotel.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Nothing is every a bother for them. The room is very large but I found the bathroom a little cramped. I didn't like the pillows and found the mattress uncomfortable. For the short business trip and closeness to the place of work it was convenient but limiting as there's not much else in the area.

Very good and comfortable hotel. Location isn't great but it is right by the tram that will take you to the main market square within 20min. Staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast.

My fault for not checking map. I was in a rush when I booked. I saw "Centrum" and assumed it was center city. It is about a 20 minute drive away from the Old Town. Rooms were clean, nice, modern. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Very nice dining area both indoor and outside. Food is marginal.

It was a good experience. Breakfast and lunch/ dinner was a was nice: big size plates with the bear for dinner for the half price I could have in Germany.Quiet and close to the place I had to go every day. Easy to reach a center. I highly recommend!

The hotel is not in the centre as the name leads you to believe. It is also situated in the most dangerous part of the city, to the point where even the hotel receptionist warned us to get a taxi at night and not even walk from the tram stop 100metres away. Lovely hotel, brilliant staff, good food. The only thing missing is tea and coffee making facilities from the rooms. But i will not stay there again or recommend because of its location.

the centrum is a typical new well decorated 2-3 stars hotel . the hotel is about 8 km from city center

This was a very modern hotel, good sized room, with excellent breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. The tram to town is about 75 metres away and cheap. Restaurant is very good and inexpensive.

Although it is 6 miles from the pretty city center, there is good parking & tram service. The hotel was a great value.

Let me just start by saying the staff working there were all really friendly, but the hotel is in a poor state. This was one of those situations where everything is so bad you just give up and grit through it. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with broken springs that hurt my body. No top mattress. There was an air vent which was so loud and hard to sleep through. The fridge and ac were also loud but ac could be turned off. There was a pervasive smell of damp and mold in the room. Being asthmatic I would not have made it another night. Bathroom floor was full of short dark hairs. There was so much, had there been a pet in the room before? Either way it had not been cleaned properly. Shower was broken and took forever (I mean several, several minutes) for not-cold water to come and temperature didn't reach beyond lukewarm. The water wouldn't drain so I had to take my cold shower in short bursts waiting for the water to drain slowly in between. Breakfast was really unfresh and awful. The fresh fruit looked several days old and everything was soggy. While there was a lot to chose from it the lowest quality possible. I didn't dare to eat much. Lastly, a large private party held at the hotel that night, unfortunately there was loud music and people walking and talking (and yelling in the corridors all night). Could've been overseen if not for all the other issues. I was unable to comfortably do the things you get a hotel for: sleep, wash and eat. Staff was great at least.
