Very old building and furniture, prohibited to bring food and beverages inside .

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Not a 5-star review because the housekeeping ignored the “do not disturb” sign and entered the room while we were still occupying it. We talked with a very friendly management and they said they’d have a discussion with the staff.

Broken sink, smelly room. Noisey air conditioning.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself felt unfriendly. There were signs saying you couldn't bring any food or drink into the hotel. I understand that you shouldn't eat or drink your own items in the common areas but I have never stayed in a hotel where it is forbidden to bring anything into your room. The TV didn't have any internet so the Netflix didn't work. The WiFi also didn't work in the room. The plug didn't fit properly in the bath so the water drained away in a few minutes of getting in. I mentioned about the WiFi and the TV and because it was a Sunday they couldn't sort it out until the next day when we were leaving. There was no apology for this.

Mostly everything was excellent. Apart from settee cover needing cleaning in suite we had a really pleasant stay. The concierge, Altman, was a very helpful young man. He made our stay very enjoyable and is an asset to the hotel staff team

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and the food was delicious. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again!

The hotel has sewage issues. My room smelled. Airco is not working, only hot air! Had to sleep with the window open and getting waked up at 4.30 by early morning prayer from the iman at the corner! Breakfast is below average and no cook at the egg station. After various complains they pre cooked the omelets or a waiter tried to fry some eggs my 5 year old does better!
