Stayed there many times and excellent in most respects.Location ideal for restaurants in Olhao Beginning to look a bit tired

Nice Hotel overlooking the beautiful Formosa and barrier islands. Very good breakfast, evening meal somewhat lacking in choice but good quality meals. Room spacious, quiet and clean. Olhau is interesting to explore. Nice change to beach and city hotels..

Breakfast is good. Bar staffs are excellent. Front desk staffs are not very professional. Outdoor pool is very good.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, staff and facilities were great!

The only thing we thought could be improved was the buffet evening meal, there were not many choices and for €28 thought it was a little overpriced. We are not fussy by any means but with a choice of only salmon kebabs & lamb chops thought it was a bit limited. Apart from that the breakfast was good and lot's of choices. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

The welcoming and friendly staff giving excellent and efficient service in all areas of the hotel. Beautiful rooms giving value for money. Wonderful breakfast experience and availability to provide gluten free options.

The location was perfect, nearby the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with a variety of food. The staff were, friendly, helpful and professional. The swimming pool was a welcomed amenity to cool off and relax.

Nice location and really good breakfast. Room was very comfortable and well decorated. Location was great - right on the marina and walkable to a really great park and markets, shops & restaurants. Gym hours are limited (didn't open until 8am) and the temperature in it was too warm for me, but otherwise gym was great. Pool area was really nice, too. Hallways look dated but everything else looked great.

The property was located the marina and water taxis that take you to the islands.. We had dinner on property which was great and our stay included the morning buffet breakfast which was delicious.. All of the employees were very professional and courteous, including all the waiters and waitresses bartenders and front desk and maids. If I was ever to come back to Portugal I would definitely stay at this wonderful hotel. Again, thank you!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. The food and drink is excellent and not overly expensive. Try to get a front side room as the view in the morning is so relaxing to look over the marina. The location is perfect for all the local restaurants.

The breakfast was buffet, we had a lot of choice plus hot omlettes and vegan sausages. However, i feel in most 5 star hotels you have more hot food options like hot pancakes and english breakfasts. The hotel is near so many restaurants and shops are 10 mins walk. Overall room was clean however we had to ask for slippers, spa access didn’t include sauna and steam. It just wasn't a fully 5 star stay! They made a real effort for my parents anniversary!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel…everything about it was fantastic..from the smooth booking in at reception to the complementary breakfast (and everything else in between) we couldn’t fault this hotel…will definitely return…😀

Staff were mostly very helpful apart from one of the male reception managers who was rude and dismissive. Housekeeping was generally very good , didn't always replenish toiletries or wash crockery in the room pool area ok not attractive and overlooking the road. It isn’t really a 5 star hotel 4 star at best. Breakfast was good but in a room which was hot and stuffy next to the car park. No where outside to eat breakfast. Definitely upgrade to a sea view room otherwise you are looking at a block of apartments. Not pleasant. I had to request my complimentary bottle of wine .

Staff are very helpful, hotel needs a bit of more maintenance in the bathrooms, spa gets crowded and pool was not that clean! But overall we would stay again in the hotel
