Breakfast was included however when I checked in was advised that the restaurant was closed so we would have to go to a hotel across the parking lot. The seating was very limited considering 2 hotels were eating breakfast there. Had to eat at a table in the linnet after finding someone to clean a table. They cleared dishes and wiped it with a dry cloth no cleaner etc. the buffet was very limited with roasted potatoes and scrambled eggs as the only hot item. You had to wait though for those items as they brought out a small bowl and after a few people taking food portions you would have to wait again. Another example croissants they would put 6 on the buffet then 10 min later another 6 after people were asking for me. Bacon was at a different part by the bar and not on the buffet and you had to ask for bacon and a person gave you 2 pieces on a plate. Guarded like it was cold. As a 50 year old adult and travelling with 5 others we all felt like we had to beg for food. We chose to not eat at the buffet our other 2 days. We would rather pay for our food as the free breakfast was not worth it. At check-in. I stated I was travelling with another family and gave their name. I asked if it was possible to have our rooms close by. We booked the same type of room. The employee checked and stated it was possible and said our rooms would be side by side and adjusted what she needed to. When our friend. Checked in they were now given a room on a different floor not by us.

The Sheraton was great. The breakfast was completely empty…no forks, despite there being numerous staff members there was no food and no beverages…everything was bare. Very disappointed in paying extra for breakfast that we didn’t get.

I am very dissatisfied with the stay at this property. I chose this property as they said they’re part of the Marriott brand. The bed sheet has some brown marks, I asked for another sheet. Did receive a cleaner one, but the bed sheets and pillows did not smell fresh at all. The carpet and bathroom floor was vey filthy. It’s a very rundown property and I feel that the price they have charged me was not worthy at all. Very disappointed as I thought I was getting Marriott brand standard. I will never go to this property again and I will tell my friends and family to not reserve this property.

Front desk staff was rude and condescending. Insisted our booking dates were logged incorrectly, and charge my booking 20% higher as a 'walk-in'. Took it upon herself to advise us "not to book with Expedia the next time". Was told hotel services "included" were unavailable because service areas were "closed for maintenance". Insincere apologies were given, but no compensation nor attempt was made to provide alternative options. Consequently, we cut our stay short and checked out. The experience was subpar, and left a lot to be desired.

Room was not very clean. 2 hairs were found on towels, toothpaste mark was left on the bathroom floor from previous guests for the duration of my stay even after notifying reception. There was no hot water the first night I stayed there. Of course the hot tub was being « fixed » on the dates of our stay. Overall, for a Sheraton, it did not fit the required standard.
