Good hotel with a nice breakfast. Please get some proper pillows in the room

The hotel didn't have anyone to check us in. We had to wonder around looking in the office to find someone for about 15 minutes. This was around noon. We were also charged an extra $75 a night for them to make up the hideaway bed with sheets that were too small. I felt taken advantage of. The maintenance guy was nice and the breakfast was really good. Just didn't seem like they had much staffing. Upon check out the guy was really nice and helpful.

The room was warm and quite a walk from the parking. It would have been nice to know that the restaurant was closed on this rainy day!

Very nice room

The entire hotel is great. So clean and fresh. A super relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and professional. The room we had was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning is out of this world. So much to choose from. So fresh. The hardest thing was what to choose. So many options. I’m a vegitarian and my wife is vegan. We had no trouble finding things to eat. Sets you up for the day. The greatest area is so opts and so clean. Very comfortable as well. We used the pool. A bit small but so clean one. The changing rooms are also spotless. The only thing was that it’s one depth all over 1.5m. However there are ample floats and other floating devices. Brilliant hotel. We’ve returned a number of times and have never been disappointed. Well to all the staff.

"The room was sufficient in terms of use; since we were staying for only one night, we didn’t prefer a larger room. They had prepared the sofa bed for my daughter in the room. It was very clean and close to LEGOLAND—about a 5-minute walk. Lalandia was closed; make sure to check whether it’s open before you go, because there’s nowhere else to spend time after Legoland..."

Great place to stay if you want to visit Legoland and Lalandia. Easy walk to these places. Also able to walk to Lego House. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety and choice. Outside breakfast times there is an area on-site where you can purchase food. There are play areas for kids of all ages, a pool, sauna and gym. The room were comfy.

The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was in pristine condition. The games room was great. The staff was friendly. It was really a fantastic stay, even in November.

All round great accommodation, clean great dining room. Staff all friendly and very helpful.

Cosy hotel, nice music in the lobby, friendly staff, spacious and clean room, sauna and pool availability, very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Would be happy to stay again.

Without question the best breakfast I've ever had anywhere. Room was spacious for a family of four & the pool facilities a real treat. Great location for a nice walk into Billund & across the road from Lego Land.
