The hotel has what’s needed for a decent stay and any details that one may observe is easily forgotten as a result of their excellent staff and sevice

Muy buen hotel, situado convenientemente frente al shopping La Deheza y un supermercado Jumbo muy grande,

The only point is the burocracy related tô the swimming pool. Because of It we were unable tô use It.

Toda mi estadía se vió arruinada por el robo de un aro de oro de mi hija en la habitación. El hotel no se hizo cargo para nada, lo tomaron como cosas que pasan… vergonzoso

It has what I needed, good location for shopping, close to mall sport, easy to find transportation. What I didn’t like was the application to open the room. Not practical, specially when the internet was failing, please maintain the cards to open the room’s door.

Located near the road to the ski resorts and across the street from a nice shopping mall. The area is very nice, upscale, safe and a bit sterile compared to older Santiago where I usually stay. Hotel rooms are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was mediocre - and no good coffee options (I think important for many people). Hate to complain but …there is a machine with a touch screen that makes pretty bad coffee. Coffee pod machine in the room but I could not get mine to work.

My husband actually checked in but told me it was very easy and the staff was fantastic. The breakfast is incredible with lot's of choices for those that like to eat healthy.

Great attention to detail throughout. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Super clean and comfortable rooms and public areas.

Great alternative

Room and overall stay was good. Only thing has room to improve is breakfast.
