Staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful hotel and facilities. Would definitely go back!

A lovely stay. Hotel has clearly had an extensive makeover and is rather lovely. A nice size with a super spa and great rooms. Only a few mins from the gondolas and driver and van always available. Minor points ….other than day one complimentary water in room you have to buy on others so use the supermarket in town and evening dinner menu doesn’t really fit the bill after a hard days skiiing. Fantastic quality and presentation but could do with a few more heartier / basic options for those not after a fine dining experience. Plenty of choice in the town though. All staff were super friendly and helpful. We will be back !

Struttura in una posizione fantastica, fuori dal centro (15 min a piedi nel sentiero o 2 in auto) e davanti al Lago Blu di Cervinia. Personale gentile, colazione abbondante, molto bene anche la ristorazione la sera. Camera singola essenziale, ma come da foto. Pulizia eccellente.

Basic hotel for sleeping. Good shuttel services to ski lifts. Free parking. Nothing else

1 km from the town - not convenient - you need a car to get to the town. Only 6 cars can park free on a property. It is additional charge for using the garage, the pool, the towels. Most cars are parked on a road.

Unexpected expenses, (sauna shuttle) menu in restaurant bizarre, small rooms.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, warm, clean, comfortable rooms, Big comfortable lounge, with log fire and bar. Shuttle mini bus to town was always ‘on-call’, and made our days, and evenings so easy to organise. Having baths (as well as showers) in the rooms was particularly welcome, for those long soaks after a hard days skiing!

Perfect hotel for relaxing stay. Hotel-ski bus was Perfect!

Free minibus ride to the town and ski lift takes about 3mins. Friendly, warm and clean hotel. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel but breakfast was fine.

Room was noisy and far too warm. This was a real problem when skiing- we could not get any proper rest. Even with heating off and window open the room was unbearable. The lift shaft creates noise all night so we slept with ear plugs.

Staff were very welcoming and flexible - we arrived at midday and the minibus transfer was waiting to take us down to Cervinia so we could maximise our first days skiing, even though it was outside its normal operating hours. Food was a very pleasant surprise - regional specialities which we had never tried before and a good value menu of the day. Pool was a pleasant temperature and particularly liked the provision of tea when you were resting after a session in the sauna or steam room.

Very dated and tired pine furniture. Too expensive for this area. Breakfast was typical continental 7.30 to 9.30am but fresh rolls and bread were gone before 8.30! Nice scrambled eggs but bacon was all fat. No kettle in room. Mini bar only had bottled water. Quite a large hotel but only a few rooms were occupied last week of February which is main ski season. Swimming pool was clean. Never saw anyone use gym. Garage underground for parking but they charge 10 euro a day. No taxis in Cervinia but hotel run a mini bus service twice a day.

This place is a few hundred meters out of town. Its no problem as they have transport to/from mountain as most nicer places in Cervina. It might be I bit of a walk if your out late at night. Well maintained property is relatively economical and pretty decent. I didn't go to the pool downstairs but thats a major plus apres ski or apres snowboad as I like to think of it. Overall its the best place in town, in this price range, I've stayed in.
