Rather dated bathroom too small chipped sink bathroom floor tiles cracked bodge behind cystern shower too small paint on skirting boards needs up dating

The hotel is super dated. My room was in the annex which is also super dated but most importantly it absolutely stinks of damp/mould. I stayed on the 6th of June the heatings been turned off which is fair enough but it was freezing. It can be cold in June too. Reception said I could grab some blankets but I didn’t bother. The damp was in the air. The bed was harder than the floor the pillows are like bricks. It’s literally a 1 star and that’s being generous! It’s also noisy single glazed windows your hear engines running, people coming and going. Don’t stay here for a peaceful night. It’s in desperate needs of a refurbishment.

This is our third time staying here. We love it! The staff is exceptional and the location is perfect.

Good entertainments for kids

I was very disappointed, definitely needs a lot of work on it. I would not stay here ever again. The bathroom was disgusting !

Staff lovely : incredibly helpful and welcoming . Breakfast acceptable. Bedlinen and towels clrean. However room tired and outdated decor quality shocking. Tv only appeared to have one workable station. Bath had sand in the bottom.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Although my breakfast was included I never had it as if finishes 9.30 am and I eat after 10am. Had to ask just for a spare sheet as I don't use duvets. My pillowcases was mismatched white sheets cream pillowcase looked dirty because of colour difference but exchanged no problem. Didn't use pool as too many kids. Walls are paper thin so could hear lots of noise and doors banging. Ideal for adults with kids wouldn't recommend for single women room was very small, and the walk through park was fine in day but not the evening. Overall pleasant stay just not for me im afraid.

Nice to have the pool. Room was fine although in need of a little TLC. Clean. Good to have free parking. Good location. Relatively basic but perfectly adequate.

The hotel interior is a bit tired and out of date and generally could benefit from a modern refit. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it’s good value for money, and located within a short walk or drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi is an added bonus. Parking onsite is free, but gets busy in the summer months. I would stay here again, thank you.

Dirty carpets, yellow bed sheets, a cockroach outside our room. You get what you pay for. Staff were nice.

Room was acceptable and sufficiently comfortable for the price paid. Was on ground floor so couldn’t leave window open when was hot. Walls quite thin

Staff are helpful and friendly. But parking busy around with buses.

Didn’t start very well with a late check in. - room not ready. It then got worse! The room - bathroom - more hair on the floor in the shower than on my head! The flat screen TV - as big as my iPad and tucked around the corner. The beds - sprinkled with crumbs - cleaner eating lunch? Duvet was thick and heavy and no fan. Then to cap off - the guests that are incapable of considering other guests - noise, door slamming and the smell of weed! We have photos - we will not be showing them!

Nice, easy stay

Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. Parking was very good and secure it was on a first come basis

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was so tiny, no room to move even though it was a family room. The only toiletries was a small tablet of soap which was put on the white bedside cabinet so could not be seen, until the morning. The hotel was a hotel with the majority of the other accommodation as accommodation units like a holiday camp. The inside pool was actually an outside building with the pool inside. The parking had plenty of spaces.

Overall nice stay and great staff. But looks wise Property is bit dated and get back to you in 90s. Rooms were clean but pillows were as solid as rocks. Bathroom was bit congested.My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool .they alloted parking next to your window. I was there for one night.

We had a really pleasant stay at Laguna Hotel Bournemouth. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they were always happy to help. The hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms, useful facilities, and free parking, which made the stay even easier. The location is also very convenient, with Bournemouth town centre and the beach within easy reach. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

Location is perfect to get to the town and beach. The room was tiny with hardly any storage so had to keep clothes in case, the shower has no pressure and is really hot even on the cold setting. The toilet roll holder is just about still on the wall and the TV Ariel has the wiring sticking out. The room was fairly clean, noone came in to top the tea and coffee up or empty bins. Didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that. We found staff not very friendly, parking is free which is a bonus.
