Everything was ok just the bed. Unable to sleep. Actually slept better on the floor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable

It was a perfect distance for us between LA and Palm Desert.

That’s a good option when you’re crossing the Valley.

We had never heard of this hotel chain. It was great. The prices was very reasonable. We were very pleased with the front desk. People were great even though they were in the middle of doing some remodeling. It didn’t affect our stay. It’s always encouraging to see motels, upgrading, and making things nicer. The room was very comfortable. Very quiet bed was comfortable we like the option of Going down stairs and they had a vendor in there that was doing a taco bar, which was very good. All staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff, George, was incredibly helpful and friendly. After a long drive to get there, he made us feel taken cared of. The room was large with two Queen beds. Clean, decent towels, and very convenient. It’s right next door to 24 hour fitness so my teenage son was thrilled to be able to continue his workout since he’s a member. The surrounding area felt a bit strange. It felt a bit desserted and dated. The kids used the pool area to hangout. It wasn’t anything great but it was good enough for them which made me happy. The free breakfast was decent and I was grateful not to have to leave the property to hunt for food. It was a good stay!

Great stay and convenient

Excellent choice! The hotel is well appointed and has the BEST free breakfast ever! Omelets to order, fresh fruit, waffle maker. A real treat. Room was quiet and pleasant.

Staff was great! Nice location. Property was under renovation which we did not know at time of booking. Room was outdated and did not smell pleasant..

The property was nice, it was under renovation at the time of our stay but kept clean. The only problem I had was that the check out was at 12pm and while I was in the shower around 9:30am I heard a knock on the room door, then the door was opened by hotel personnel, with a key. I yelled I was in the room, I heard a male voice then they left. When I reported this to the Man at the desk, his demeanor was dismissive and his response was “well, did you have the do not disturb hanger on?”. All keys have to be returned to the desk so why would he think the room was not occupied? I felt uncomfortable and like it was no big deal that some male staff was trying to enter my room! All of the cleaning people working on that floor were women. I won’t stay there again!
