Nice hotel spacious room pretty court yard.

This is a 2 star hotel. Location is great but other than that it is what it is.

We love the place little old but soon we use to the feeling. We went to the hotel Restaurant and food was great and love the atmosphere we will recommend this hotel.

Slightly out of the way location but walkable. Only one staff person was really helpful. They have robes in the rooms which is nice.

This place was amazing. Beginning with "Greg" (best we Texans could do pronouncing this nice young man's name) who greeted us and parked our van and got us dinner reservations in the on-site Restautant and escorted us to our lovely rooms. We felt like we were in an ancient chateau with all of the modern comforts. I guess we were! Walking distance to everything in the charming town of Amboise. Our group of five declared this our favorite place is a two-week French road trip. We would all go back and stay a month if we could.

A great location and very beautiful old mansion. The rooms are adequate and the beds are very comfortable. My only negative experience was that they did not deliver on my request that our rooms be adjoining. Instead we were place in rooms at two separate buildings. And the breakfast was a bit overpriced.

A very nice 3 night stay. The room was very large, the staff was very friendly, and we even enjoyed some cheese and wine in the lobby next to the fireplace before dinner. There is parking, though very tight to get in and out. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is a close walk to the main area of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.
