Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Ideal spot to explore as we could leave the car parked up. Lovely host. We didn’t need anything extra. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Hotel is on the sea-front, and the room had a sea view as advertised. Parking on site for 4 cars, so no panicking about finding a spot. Very friendly welcome from the owner, and the room was very comfortable with a decent double bed. I would highly recommend the Leaway if you need somewhere to stay in the Scarborough area.

Clean room and excellent cooked breakfast. Landlady very friendly and helpful. Conveniently placed for seeing Scarborough. Sea view from the front bedrooms. We had no problem parking in front of hotel but we were the only guests - at busier times this might be more of a problem.

Beautiful location - I could have sat at the little chairs in the window and looked at the sea and the castle forever. Lovely comfy bed and gorgeous cotton bedding. Very nice breakfast & lovely host. Parking very easy & free. A very relaxing break.
