Our room was nice and the hotel staff, particularly Anastasia, were helpful. The downside was the WiFi worked fitfully or not at all and the breakfast wasn’t very good.

The accommodations were great! Nice and quiet. Close to Ávila for sightseeing and then back to hotel for relaxation. There is a pool and golf nearby. Great for a week or weekend getaway! Would recommend highly!!

Restaurant service and choices were under par for a 4 star hotel. A little disappointed.

The room was very classy I loved the property far from the city and with a wonderful park to walk and enjoy nature.

What an amazing stay! The room was huge, as was the bathroom with a huge tub and a separate shower. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was professionally done! Lots of free parking on-site, elevator, small refrigerator and plenty of hot water.All in all, it was a great stay!

El aire acondicionado funciona solo el abanico, dicen que el sistema detecta la temperatura de afuera y se enciende. El hotel muy obscuro y con poca luz en los cuartos, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta para que se refrescara el cuarto y al salir el sol te da en la cara y te despierta. El restaurante tiene un menú muy limitado y cuando pedí un sándwich del menú, no tenían los ingredientes (salmón). El hotel está en medio de la nada. Las instalaciones son buenas.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The night front desk staff had no English but were welcoming on our late arrival. The property appears to have once been quite opulent. Sadly, it is run down with out of service pool (one week before Summer), unkempt grounds and large convention room with broken windows.

Pros Nice room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast OK. Cons Fridge in room but nothing in it. Could not buy water at the bar. Evening meal, mediocre. Chips the only vegtable.

It isdefinitely not walking distance to Avila old town, but its interesting. The pool is great, the service is really excellent. My only complaint is the breakfast is not very good value

Great location when driving a car. Hotel was clean, friendly reception. Good buffet style breakfast with choices. Quiet and restful country setting.

Rooms on second floor are small with odd layout and low ceiling height. Main advantages are proximity to the historic area (easy few miles by car), free parking on site, included full breakfast, reasonable price.

Hotel was fabalous and rooms large with small balcony overlooking the countryside. Bed was enormous and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Free parking and you need a car to get to the old town. No wi fi but access to paid Internet. Pleasant environment for break in the sights. Easy to park in town to go to restaurants and the major sights.

Très bel hôtel, personnel sympa. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Petit déjeuner très correct. Seul petit bémol, la piscine était fermée. Mais je recommande tout de même.

O atendimento na recepção pelas meninas tanto check in quanto check out foram ótimos. O que deixou a desejar foi a forma de abordagem do profissional do café da manhã, que mal nos deixou passar da porta para nos abordar para saber o número do apartamento. Achamos uma forma rude de controle de faturamento. Mobiliário antigo,precisa de um certo restauro.
