I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking

Poor customer service. Staff was not helpful and not accommodating. I asked for an earlier check-in which was not available which I can understand...but even 30minutes before 4pm it was impossible to get access to the room! Saying that the room was still not ready....come on...the only option that was offered was to upgrade to a more expensive room!

L’hôtel était très bien entretenu.

J’ai apprécié le fait que l’hôtel était tout près du lac des Nations. J’aurais aimé qu’il y ait un restaurant à l’hôtel. L’hôtel sert seulement un déjeuner continental.

Not happy with the stay because of customer service

We were the adults traveling together. To satisfy me. I want a spotless and comfortable room, and that was the case. It was looking a bit too industrial, but that wasn't really important for us since we needed just a place for the night.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great view onto the river. However, the bathtub was deep and not easily accessible to the physically challenged.

lorsque vous quittez, ils vous parlent d'une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre que nous n'avions meme pas.... et ils vous la charge. terrible!

Great location, concrete building, so very quiet; everything feels modern, peaceful, and beautiful. Of course, the location is prime, right across the street from a great restaurant, Antidote, and within walking distance of two grocery stores. Breakfast is the bare minimum; TVs and an in-room coffee maker are very cheap; the gym is also bare, but the pool area is very good.

Honestly we had Murphy beds they are terrible it’s like sleeping on a cardboard the side of the beds where you open the lights where so dusty the extra pillows in the drawers had lipstick on them (ewww) and there is no soap for your dishes. They advertised an acarde room that is yet to be found the hotel staff didn’t know about this but. I do have the say that the hotel staff are amazing.

La chambre était très propre etble personnel était très agréable et serviable.

They’re ok but they do little things that may annoy you like charge for parking and the bottle of water in your room. Maybe make it complimentary And put it in the fridge.

Convenient location, nice room, nice view.

Ils ont un chargeur pour les voitures électrique mais dédié aux Porsche. Pour les autres véhicules on doit payer 40$. Je trouve ça indécent et ils devraient juste ne pas l'offrir. Aussi, je trouve que les hôtels n'ont rien compris lorsqu'il mettent une bouteille d'eau dan la chambre et qu'il demane 4$ si on la boit. J'aimerais mieux ne pas avoir cette option quand je pay 300$ pour une chambre. Du côté positif, il y avait du café gratuit ( 2 tasses ) dans la chambre. Sur une autre note, les hotels devraient mettres les inscriotions plus grosses sur leur dispensers de savon et gel douche car les gens comme moi ne prennet pas de douche avec les lunettes et on semble toujours finir avec une bonne dose de conditionneur sur le corps... Lol Tout le reste était très bien. Merci Brian

I was surprise i had to pay for parking. Price was too high for this Hotel. I love the Times hotel but price get out of range sometime
