My stay was good, not great. The hotel is in such a great location and the air con was a god sent! Unfortunately, the room was quite dated, the bed was uncomfortable and a few things didn’t work (the main light didn’t work, the air con made quite a loud clicking noise). There were also hardly any plug sockets, I couldn’t use the kettle as the only way to plug it in was to unplug the lamp and make my coffee in the dark!! That being said, it was great value for the location it’s in, so close to pretty much everything and the staff were nice. Enjoyed my stay but not sure I’d recommend this one unfortunately!

Poor lighting in room and sliding door to bathroom noisy and difficult to use.Trip hazard on the stairs as carpet rods on two of the stairs were loose. Staff helpful when needed. Breakfast was good.

The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was nice with many choices.

Nice hotel, close to the Piazza Bra. We stayed one night and had no complaints.

Stay was fantastic and staff is amazingly friendly. Would definitely recommend for a short or no frills stay. Was super close to the arena and to nice restaurants and osterias. You can reach out by bus easily from the train station.

The welcome from all the staff was first rate in gact all the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city. Hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh but its in an old building. Breakfast was a little disappointing. That said I would stay there again

Lovely,lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were so welcoming and helpful.The lady in the breakfast room remembered our coffee preferences without us having to ask. Room was teeny tiny but was adequate for our short stay.Room didn't have aircon which meant window open to the noise of the street. The location was absolutely perfect,so close to the Arena and all the sights we wanted to visit. Also the buses were in the Piazza Bra, too.
