This “so called” 5 stars hotel does not deserve even 3 stars. Nobody picks up your luggage on arrival. They dont escort you to your room. The pool is over chlorined, makes your skin rash and feel sick from breathing. There is moist at the pool where the pool water ends. There is no room service. You have to go fetch anything you need from the bar. The cleaning staff wakes you up with sounds each morning at 8. The place where you have open buffet is so hot, no air conditioning. All food that needs to be kept cool are hot. We have informed the hotel that our daıghter has celiacs disease and we need special meal requirements, they ignored, did not help. And the staff is unhappy, not helpful, serving with a bad and “bored” attitude.

The cleaning lady was exceptional and one of the reception lady. The property barely can make it to be a 3star resort looks like it is the time for a refresh for everything … It is anon smoking resort but you can find ash trays on balcony and everybody is smoking there and is impossible to keep the door open because of that.The water is perfect but is not making the resort 5 star. Very disappointed when we check in lots of things did not work or they were broken we had to ask to be fixed . Overal not a super stay….

Toilet broken ac leaking tons of water old beds hard as a rock! I used to go there all the time! They let the place go ! Dirty needs a lot of updating in rooms!

Otel mutfağı hem sabah kahvaltısı için hem de akşam yemeği için oldukça vasat durumda, ürünlerin lezzeti oldukça düşük durumda. Tatlılar ve tuzlular kalite ve lezzet konusunda vasatın altında. Otel içerisinde ürünler( su vs. ) oldukça pahalıydı. Otel mutfağının Yunan mutfağı ile alakası yok kesinlikle hayal kırıklığı. Plaj ve deniz çok çok iyi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı için suyun ücretli olması ve bu ücretin de yüksek fiyattan tahsis edilmesi tekrar tercih edilmeme sebeplerinden biri olabilir.

All stuff members are very helpful and friendly! Room 6117 have sewage problem, very heavy and unpleasant smell also the wi-fi was only available at the front door, and not inside the studio. Thank you:)

Public space was almost excellent. We used the buffet service for dinner; the food variety was very good and the food quality good. The suites we rented need renovation. Minor issues identified during our stay were handled but could had been avoided if proper maintenance was performed. We did enjoy the sunsets and the nice beach in front of the hotel and the children did like the pool too.

Hotel is run down . We were given a ro with parking view and charged for sea view. a/C not working . Breakfast terrible, staff very rude.

The Spa center was excellent (Frini,thank you for the amazing massage!), the sea view bar was very good and the breakfast was delicious (the waiters/barmans were very kind in both of them!) I am very unsatisfied with determinate part of the personal of the hotel and disappointed of the hole holidays there because of this!

Not a hotel that corresponds to a five star product. Suites are more of a king size rooms with an extra bed, not much comfort there. Bathrooms are outdated, need maintenance. Not much TV options either, mainly in greek so they need to think about the international clients.Great restaurant with good food. Breakfast choice for a five star hotel not really good, i would say poorley.

The hotel is very beautiful but it needs to be updated in the bathroom areas. The beach is very nice!!!! The beach chairs could be a little more comfortable.
