Clean room, well maintained. Self check-out and 24 hr entry. Free parking. Restaurant wasn't serving but Wrexham short walk. Useful for visiting or work trips

Plenty of parking, great welcoming staff who changed our room as my husband had hurt his back & required a firmer mattress - nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfasts, best we've had in a long while. The only issue we had was coming in at night after the event we had gone to see. the floors are so very creaky & even though we tried our best to be quiet for other guests they still made loads of noise!

Nice property in a convenient location only a short walk from the centre and train station. Great as a base to head to places like Chester. Rooms clean and comfortable bed, but starting to show signs of age in the with wear and tear. Bathroom also clean and toiletries provided. Car parking available though the entrance is a little narrow, but passable. Hosts and staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Only utilised the bar facilities which were available until about 8pm, but had a good selection.

Breakfast was very good and served in a pleasant surrounding. Staff were helpful, but particular kudos to Leigh (at the front desk) who went above and beyond to assist me in achieving my particular objectives visiting the Wrexham area. I couldn't have done it without her!

Friendly staff, and great location for town centre and football. However, room was very hot when I arrived - both radiators, and the towel rail, were on full, and windows shut, despite being the hottest day of the year. Opening all windows, and switching off all radiators helped eventually, but towel rail could not be switched off in room, nor apparently by staff.

Absolutely charming!! Small and personal. 10 minute walk to everything. I didn't have the tiniest hint of any concern for any aspect of my stay.

Staff is very friendly, Lee was exceptionally helpfull.

Accommodation was adequate. Room was lovely and spacious, but had a strange smell , forcing us to open the window to the cold. Otherwise fine.

Parking is horrible. My car damaged. Narrow spaces for parking which will damage your vehicle. This happened with me and other friends. Asked for cancellation on the day. Still no response. Hotel.com contacted and asked me to contact the owner. I moved to a new hotel in hotels. Com and very poor service. I literally I paid for two places paying twice in two hotels. Hotels. Com should solve this problem. New

There were gaps between windows and frames which made the room unbearable at times. A double pane would have cut down on the traffic noise and the freezing temperature. A thicker quilt would have helped. Food was outstanding.

Clean and tidy hotel near the center of Wrexham. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. Great value hotel and i would stay again if i visit Wrexham again
