The hotel is located in the beach front of Antibes. The surrounding area is very quiet and clean. However, the hotel rooms are somewhat old and we had to carry our luggage upstairs and down because the hotel doesn't have elevators.

This hotel is great value for money the rooms very spacious the bathroom spacious too We had a sea view and balcony which made our stay even better The location is brilliant easy walking distant to all the attraction and restaurants and just across the road to a beautiful beach

Enjoyed our weeks stay, staff were wonderful including the young guy serving breakfast, always smiling and attentive. Very nice room with sea view, delicious breakfast served up until 11 am. 2 minutes walk to the beach and about 15 minute stroll to Antibe old town , following the coastal path, which is very pretty. A fresh bottle of water in the room every day .. We would definitely return .

The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. We had arrived early and although we couldn’t get in our room as it wasn’t ready, the woman (I wish I had got her name) at the front desk tried very hard to make us comfortable. The outdoor patio was lovely and the location is excellent with a beach across then street and a short walk to Old Town.

The room was beautiful and cheerful. The view from our balcony...the sun kissing the snowcaps of the Southern Alps, with the azure water of the Mediterranean and swaying palmtrees in the foreground. Great staff, clean, lovely breakfast

Quiet and comfortable stay in good location opposite the only sandy beach in Antibes

Lovely stay at this hotel. We had a superior room with a sea view and were not disappointed. Clean, perfect location and the staff were outstanding with smiles, very willing to help and were perfect hosts. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of fresh foods and all presented by great staff in a lovely dining room looking at the sea. Excellent location on the beach and only a short walk from everything you would ever need. Highly recommended and we can't wait to visit again! xXx

Very nice, well run hotel. Away from most of the major city traffic. Across from very nice public beach and reasonably walkable to Vieux Antibes restaurants and attractions.

Clean and very close to beach

Modern facilities, extremely friendly staff, easy access to the beach and waterfront. Our room was clean and quiet, good air conditioning, good size bathroom, good closets, no clutter or improvisation. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. No complaints, highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed this establishment. Great beach location, but still not far from Old Town & the Musée Picasso. The staff was very helpful. We cannot speak highly enough about the tall, young man who services the breakfast buffet. He’s absolutely delightful & his smile is infectious!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and sweet treats—a lovely touch. The hotel is just steps from the beach, which made it super convenient. Staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Our room was cleaned daily, and the sea view from our balcony was stunning. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great location. Great staff. Great room with great view. Street parking not bad but hotel parking reservation would have been better.
