The rooms are clean and it's incredibly convenient from the train station, but those are the only nice things I can say. Their wifi is the worst I have ever experienced and knocks you offline very 4-5 minutes, forcing you to manually reconnect. There is no soundproofing in the walls and the crowd at the bar downstairs was incredibly loud until incredibly late. The bed was terrible. They didn't come once to restock towels or toilet paper during a 4 night stay. The breakfast is pathetic and a very poor value for the money. Do not recommend.

Super close to the Train Station. Clean rooms. Quiet. Good bed and pillow. Hot shower in the morning. The night clerk spoke English. I overpaid him for the city tax and he came up to my room and returned the extra money!

The hotel proximity to the train station is a big plus. While it is not fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, the elevators and the rooms were accessible by wheelchairs.

Hello, the location was good … near train station and nice restaurants, but it was verrrrry hot and no air conditioning in the room. The breakfast was ok and the staff was nice and helpful.

I'm not normally one to complain about things like the view from a room, but in this case looking into an air shaft filled with pigeons is slightly horrifying. You'd almost be better off boarding up the window.

First off, the staff are exceptionally kind and friendly. They give you great ideas and offer solutions and tips (e.g. where to park for free and where to park to avoid thefts). It’s a happening area. Great restaurants attract people and it’s a hub for transportation so it’s always alive with activity but not the bad kind. We found it wonderful to get off the train and walk “home” in a few metres. Especially since our train was delayed due to an incident on the track. We walked from Hotel Suzane to the tourist office, got city passes, walked the blue line, saw great castles (by car) and went to the incredible David d’Angers museum. Got water and a few snacks at the nearby convenience store. Got great coffee at Hotel Suzanne’s cafe. Had amazing desserts and sandwiches at the Boulangerie downstairs (next door) and an evening meal at Bouillon. Great food. Great people. Our bathroom was small but the hotel was extremely generous with towels and it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Nice hotel across from main trsin station. Was traveling solo so single room with a tein bed. Comfortable! Updated small bathroom with great towels. Liked the adjoining cafe with great coffee. Only small quible- the shower bracket was broken and not adjustable so had to hold the shower head. Room was very quiet!

Pleasant and efficient check-in. Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele. Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. Adequately furnished and equipped. Location near the rail station makes the hotel ideal for an overnight stay. Staff very pleasant and happy to help.

Amazing location for staying in Angers. Nice room. The check in service was very nice but a woman was a bit rude when she would yell at me in the morning to get my room number when I left for the day which I thought was a bit weird. The location is great as within a 10 min walk to most attractions. Angers is really lovely and would highly recommend visiting

Nice and clean, which is most important to me but can hear everything in the rooms adjacent to mine. Also, I’m medium height for a woman and I couldn’t sit straight on the toilet since there was no room and had to sit sideways in the single room.
