Strategically located near the train station and close to the old walled city, the hotel is very clean, quiet, and perfect for a stay in Saint-Malo. I highly recommend it!

There was an overall lack of care. I was told that breakfast was 7am until 10am at a cost of 14 euros. On one morning at 9am there was only two brearolls and two pain au chocolate. I had the last of the cheese abd there wsd nothing else. Had following morning at 9.10 there was nothing at all. On the day before I left my room had not been made up and the girl at reception just said that they had a problem - presumably because if was a public holiday.

Friendly staff, location near train station and walkable to the old city. Our Expedia reservation included not dinner and breakfast. Breakfast had minimal cold choices but was adequate. Dinner credit up to $25 per person which covered our dinner (except the wine). Dinner was very tasty

Just a two day visit to Saint Malo… perfect location, near train station and bus stops. Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to hold our luggage on our day of departure so we can explore the area.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Close to the train / bus station and an easy walk to the old town. Wifi only worked part of the time.

Close the railway station and walkable to old town. The staff and facilities were excellent and we enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was also good. Dark and fairly quiet room for sleeping. Our welcome drink was a nice touch.

Near the train and bus station. restaurants is just around corner. 15 mins walk to Intramuros. No kettle inside the room. Noisy if your room is along the road.

Disappointed with “tired” decor of hotel in general but also the bedroom. Late check in as clean laundry late to arrive at the hotel

Check in was only at 3 pm and when I finally was able to check in they said the room wasn’t ready yet. When I showed my discontent they all of a sudden found me a room. Also I felt like the luggage consignment was a little sketchy as no one was really keeping an eye on the luggage. Anyone off the street could walk in and snatch a bag.

Beautiful hotel in a historic area.

I booked this hotel for my daughter (10 years old) and I on the 27th May. Our booking was for last night (7th July). We arrived late, around 10pm because our ferry from Guernsey was very late. When we arrived at the hotel it was closed. I called the emergency number but no one answer and went straight to voicemail so wasn’t very emergency oriented. With the help from a man from a local restaurant I managed to book a different hotel for the night. It was horrible as my daughter started to get very worried. I would like to have my money back for the terrible inconvenience.

Great value hotel within walking distance of historic centre. Very dog friendly. Good sized room and bathroom. Friendly staff.

The manager of the hotel was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The room was basic but spotless. The building was old and had some little querks such as "the hill" on our landing just before our room door 😆. The lift was "compact" and just a little cranky at times, but it worked ..... mostly! Absolutely ideal location for the ferry terminal amd for touring the local area. Sadly for got to take pics of the hotel.

We had a single night stop-over and the hotel was just fine for that. Room a bit austere, though again fine for a night. Proper blackout curtains would have been an improvement. We had an excellent (and reasonably priced) dinner in their restaurant.

Cute little hotel very cental especially 2 minute walk to speed train to paris. And lovely walk to seaside great location.
