Had everything we needed. Great bar, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff in the restaurant. They left me a Happy Birthday note as well which was very kind. Great stop when travelling from Alps back to UK. Will use again, I’m sure

Beautiful location overlooking the lake, spacious accommodation and excellent service.

Great hotel

The temperature in the room was freezing like in the freezer (10°) considering that outside were 20° and raining. Nobody in the hotel couldn't/wanted to deal with the aircon to change the temperature to a warmer one. Kept saying somebody will deal with, but nothing. Rang the reception 3 times and my husband went there once. You can't open the balcony door if you don't want to get suffocated by the neighbours who smoke in the balconies and all smoke is getting in your room. My question is: how can you make the difference between somebody smoking in the room or balcony when the balcony is half meter and a double window door is separating the balcony of the room. Once you open the balcony all the smoke is in the room, so sit in the room and open the balcony door! The breakfast is very, very limited and €17. No vegetables, no beans, no many options of sweets apart from pastry and pancakes. Room carpet/room dated

Set beside the lake with marvellous views. The young team were all very efficient from the receptionist who greeted us to the restaurant team who served us a light dinner (we had lunch before arrival). Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is in nice surroundings, the room was nice with lovely view and good bathroom, but the carpet in the room was dated and looked stained and dirty. There was no ironing facilities and no shower cups or shampoo. Not what you expected in four star hotel. The food in the restaurant was very nice but expensive. All experience was a very expensive hotel for what it was. Also be aware this hotel requires upfront payment and has no cancellation policy, the payment is being taking from your account immediately when you book the date on line.

A wonderful hotel with an amazing balcony with view across the lake. Food and staff excellent too!

Lovely stop over on return from skiing. Beautiful location and good food. Staff not overly welcoming however.

The property has an amazing view across the lake. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. Room was superb and food delicious at both dinner and breakfast. Electric car chargers , made the whole experience even easier. Lovely place in charming area.

We stayed here on our way down to Switzerland and it was perfect so we stayed on our way back too. Lovely rooms, great showers with strong water pressure and the view at Breakfast was beautiful. We also took advantage of the Tesla destination charger whic was free for guests.

V good hotel, large rooms, views, nice restaurant and great grounds

Nice hotel located right next to a lake with good views. Great choice of food and drink in the restaurant. I’ve stayed here previously and will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

Nice property with friendly staff located in a beautiful and peaceful setting on the lake. Nice walking and biking paths nearby as well as golf and play area for kids. Relaxing area and chairs to sit by the lake. Lovely and delicious restaurant, again with helpful and friendly staff. Recommended.

Fantastic hotel and staff who really looked after and made sure that everything went well with our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The position by the lake is really good, the food overall is good, the service of the staff leaves you thinkingthat they are doing you a big favour, that took the edge of the dinner experience. The room looking over the lake is a wonderful view but the rooms are tired. The swimming pool is old and if you like an early morning swim at 9.00 am then you will share the pool with last night’s mosquitoes

Great hotel. Very clean. Perfect for families. Dinner is a bit expensive and small portions though.
