The food was simply amazing (1 Star Michelin). Breakfast was self serve and with a wide variety of food options. The building itself is under a bit of renovation for the spa however.

Awful hotel, not a 5 star as advertised. Hotel is aware that they have a wifi issue but still advertise free wifi, scam. They say the hotels in the area have a wifi problem, not true, we stayed at another hotel in the area and they had wifi

It was a very clean property, well maintained that offered a great gym facility.

Close to downtown, easy bus transportation to city centre, safe and secure parking. There was a moldy smell in the building, rooms very small. They claim it is 5 stars, it is not!

The room we were in had roof eaves vaulted across our bed, so you had to stoop to get out of it. The split bathroom was not a good design. There was a water closet with a door separate from the shower and tub and sink which was directly in front of our bed with no door. The location was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The price was good considering they had a Michelin star restaurant on the premises.

Forget the spa. Every American should stay here and most importantly should eat in the restaurant. The food, the service are amazing. Thank you Ivan Vaultier for making an unexpected trip into a great event for my friend and I.

The restaurant experience was extraordinary, the reception was the most welcoming, the room was modern and clean. I say, if anyone is in the area, recommend to stay at this hotel and dine at Ivan Vautier. It will bring your Normandy experience on the whole new level . The only issue was our room faced the street and it was noisy all night, had to close the window and then it was ok. Highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant.

It is a nice hotel located outside the city center of Caen. Although listed as 5 star, it would be closer to 4 star in my opinion.

Very nice small hotel not too far from the center of Caen. Room was comfortable with all amenities. Restaurant is fabulous!!

The location is outside city center. There is a nice free parking. The bathroom is spacious. The mattrass is alittle V shape, the TV screen is small and far. The service is excelent.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Very convenient for touring Normandy. Need to replace some of the beds.
