Room was fine but the pictures online showed a hotel and pool, neither of which were there. they made us pay full price for amenities that they did not have. Will not return

Prestige should rethink having their name attached. It’s not up what we expect at a Prestige. The room is well worn. However the staff was obliging, and polite. The two adjacent locations make it confusing. The Prestige is a larger modern building, while the Prestige Aberdeen(where we were booked) is an older, a bit run down, and not what we expected.

Great place to stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.. Room was comfortable. Nice bed and pillows. The hallways and stairwells could use a good cleaning. Lots of paint chipping and minor cosmetic repairs needed. Basic continental breakfast, but enough to get the day started.

The location is good and the room was quite large, but the room was filthy, the door was broken and could hardly be opened or closed, and you had to go across the parking lot to the neighboring hotel for the pool. The kitchenette only had 3 forks and 4 spoons for a room of 6 people. Space was excellent and the staff were pleasant, everything else was sub-par.

Good location. Easy access to highway. Nice staff, quite helpful. I would stay again. Great Chinese resturant in building.

I have now stayed twice this year at this Great Kamloops Hotel located super close to the highway. It suits me because this is a pet friendly hotel and my unit is always clean. There are a lot of great eateries and shopping opportunities at the Aberdeen Mall across the highway and it is an easy walk. The hotel also provide a great swimming pool and water slide and a super hot tub. In the morning there is a standard no-frills breakfast provided by the hotel before you head out. Thank you to all the great hardworking staff at Prestige Aberdeen.

Staff tried to be helpful but many things were in need of repair. Had 2 stays 5 days apart, and had same issue with door both times….handle almost coming loose when trying to close door….really had to pull shut and push hard to open. 2nd stay, the tub tap dripped constantly. Suite was worn out for sure. TVs in bedroom and LR did not turn on when we tried. Clerk came up twice to try and fix, so we ended up with one working remote for 2 TVs. Obviously someone had a gaming system hooked up before we checked in. Breakfast a bit lacking….yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal….nothing hot.

Ok for the price. A bit dated rooms and the breakfast was cereal, bread, bagels or yogurt.

First time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay again if traveling to Kamloops and beyond. Lots of dining options , clean property and very quite. Continental breakfast was offered for free

The facility was very clean. It was great that it was pet friendly. Very comfortable. We will stay again.

Clean, well-maintained room in easy to access area, Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast basic but good.

excellent hotel with excellent amenities

Curtains in room had holes, wall paper peeling. A few small holes in walls. Breakfast is just bread cereal or yogurt. Water slide closes at 8 pm but they don’t tell you that ahead of time. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable and clean
