We stayed here two nights. It was near 90F during the days and the AC barely worked at all. The shower was super small and the door was broken. However, their front desk service was great! They rapidly got us an iron when requested and immediately gave us a mini sewing kit we needed. The full breakfast which was included was fabulous!

Another fantastic stay at this lovely Hotel. Over the last ten Years this area has seen a massive increase in Tourism and I chose to visit before the summer season and it was relatively quiet. My room was superb with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended off peak.

Stayed here for more than a week, the staff were brilliant and friendly, hotel location is spot on, lovely view of the lake from my room. All in all it was a good stay for me. Room and bathroom need a little tlc, but thats just being a little picky but everything else was excellent. I would stay here again.

Lovely large room with view over Lake Maggiore. Excellent breakfast and great service. Parking available immediately outside hotel for our motorbike.

Be careful if you make the reservation with a Booking agent. I booked and paid two nights in a superior room with views to the lake. The hotel gave me a regular room with interior views (and quite old) and refused any responsability
